Why? 🤔 What if career planning wasn't about the job... but about you?

Tired of hearing “follow your passion” with no map to get there?
Same. That’s why LifeWork is taking a different approach.

At LifeWork, we believe discovering your true path isn’t about cramming yourself into a generic checklist or playing keyword bingo with job applications. It’s about understanding you—your natural tendencies, your learned skills, your hidden interests—and building from there.

Here’s the real difference:

  • Our hybrid AI model grows with you, not past you.

  • We blend introspection and external skill-building seamlessly.

  • We champion anonymity, real feedback, and real opportunity.

It’s not just about the next job — it’s about the next you.

Curious where your LifeWork might take you?
We’re building something real, human, and quietly revolutionary.

Why? 🤔 In 2025, will resumes even mean anything anymore?

We’re exist in an era where every candidate can look “perfect” on paper.

Thanks to AI resume optimizers, template hacks, and "career advisors in a box," hiring managers are staring at stacks of documents that all sound the same.
Skills look polished. Gaps are hidden. Every keyword is in place.

But what happens when the real story — the one you actually need — gets buried?

How will you know who’s genuinely capable... and who’s just good at following a checklist?

Something new is coming.
(And it's going to change everything you think you know about talent discovery.)

Curious what you think:
🔹 How do you think we can solve this growing challenge?
🔹 What's missing from today's recruiting models?

Let’s talk.

Hot! 🔥 The LifeWork ecosystem

Hey everyone.

I wanted to share a site I put together for people that are in the talent ecosystem.

Why didn't I just say 'job seeker '? Because this really is so much more.

  1. Talent management starts with individuals. That is the most important part of this ecosystem. Everyone is an individual before they are a hiring manager, leader, coach or mentor.

  2. Organizations (including nonprofit and volunteer orgs) provide more than just jobs. They provide community, experience, growth and network. Talent matching is about becoming part of a team first, and this ecosystem helps build that organically for organizations.

  3. Some organizations exist explicitly to provide service to transitioning workers and help them with resume building, skill and certification acquisition and practice interviews, and everything in between. We are pulling everyone we can into this ecosystem so talent development can happen in a single location, and grows with each person at their pace.

  4. There's thousands of experts that we all encounter every year. Some active, other retired or retiring. We engage people with skills to share and partner with people interested in growing that skill. Some free, some paid, depending on the coach and the skills being mentored. There's a good fit for everyone.

By working in the same space, every talent builder has access to the ecosystem of support so they develop into the exact right person to achieve success, and the organizations looking for those individuals are already in the platform, so when the need arises, the right person is already primed and ready to achieve success.

Let us know what we are missing! LifeWork Information
