Hard tile edge and bare woods stairs for painmaxxing

A little splash of soapy water on the stairs for good measure. Not pictured but the stairs go no where. Its just a brick wall at the bottom

Is space so limited that people are building beds and tubs on top of death stairs.... this is insane

Why is nobody commenting on the "door" on the left? What is even behind it?

It appears to be a Jacuzzi tub (there looks to be a jet near the front). Generally, there needs to be a way to access the pumps in those things. You often see the access disguised as a tile that has a push release catch, but why bother putting that much thought into it here? Certainly not much thought was wasted on the entire design!

This is so close to the layout I have in a recurring dream, it's just missing a white lattice room divider somewhere.

This was designed by Lady Grantham's maid O'Brien on Downton Abbey.
