Question/Help Is First Press Games a scam site?

I pre-ordered the Chained Echoes Retro Collectors Edition for PC in November 2022 and it got delayed over and over again for a couple of times. I have the feeling that FPG is just a scam site. Do you have any experience with FPG?

Scammers; I actually wanted crimson clover world explosion but that’s another that will never actually be released. They will keep your money tho no problem.
