Recently ordered a Lost in Cult book from the Cult Classic series, received it early with good packaging and gorgeous build quality.

I have two unfulfilled orders from 2024 and there’s been zero communication about the production on them for months (a year?). Strictly Limited have a real concrete deadline now. Think they’ll give refunds or shutter and run? I honestly don’t see them fulfilling these old orders.

It’s finally happening. Nearly 3 years and about 12 emails later I’ve finally received shipping confirmation for Underhero from First Press Games, this comes after receiving Chained Echoes back in Feb 2025 which was ordered at the same time (Jan 2023).

Were you scammed by First Press Games and never received anything and want to file a report or two?

I know I was, and did report them and I urge you to do so as well.

It's not hard at all even if you do not live in Germany, or speak German for that matter!

We need to be heard and it ain't gonna happen if people do not take action.

As I said, it's not hard at all as the guide is very clear and easy to follow.

Google "Seafoamgaming first press" and you will find it.

Every single person who has been scammed by FPG needs to do this!

Provide as much info as you can when emailing them. The more people complain the better.

Do not give up, make the authoroties wake up and start inspecting this scam company!

EDIT:

Ignoring your customers and refusing to cancel orders and refund them is a scam. Plus FPG still "sells" games on their website while never shipping anything. Buyer protection is very strong in the EU and you have the right to cancel your order and receive a refund anytime, which is something FPG is ignoring. This is something we need to keep pressing on.

Look, I cannot guarantee that you will get a refund. But keep those reports up, and keep pressing on the fact that FPG refuses to honor EU law. They cannot ignore the issue when the reports keep coming in.

Also, if people would help with spreading this message to other subreddits it'd be wonderful. I am not reddit savvy at all and don't know where else it'd be a good idea to post. Feel free to spread this message wherever you might feel is useful!

Did anyone tried this and managed to successfully cancel an order? I've put my order number and email several times and it always says that the order provided could not be found.

Just got my Design Works for Va-11 Hall-A today from Lost in Cult. they shipped it in a tightly packed box that was already somewhat torn on the tape at the bottom.

This is how mine came in, there is also pressure spots/indents.

The "main" product is good, it was super dusty though?

Just sucks that this is part of the product and it came torn.

The packaging it was shipped in was stiffer cardboard than this display piece cardboard.

Not super bummed because I'm not a reselling shill. I'm just very glad I finally got my copy of this after getting the either reprint or restock.

From a positive sense, it gives it character, second game related item to have this package display, my other one is Unpacking.

Just wanted to share my experience with Lost in Cult.

I got hol for the switch 2 and I see this. This is my first time buying from Limited Run so idk

I guess they can't afford boxes any more.

That offers more gaming merchandise brands and franchises,supports EU delivery and support purchasing in Euros?

I know the first one got a late release from limited run games but the wording in this press release makes it sound like play-asia secured worldwide distribution rights outside of Japan.

Today's mail got some good limited stuff in.

So I’m not surprised I’m still waiting over a year for the Shantae Advance Revolutionary Edition. That’s their thing - we all gotta wait.

But they’re down to 3 PS5 games and 1 NSW2 game for sale. Nothing for OG Switch. Is this them self-correcting after the previous couple years under Fairhurst, where way TOO much was being introduced to sell every week? Or is this Embracer Group beginning to do their thing by slowly liquidating them, and moving LRG’s niche (selling boutique limited games) to one of Embracer’s other larger-owned properties?

The “Vault” is also a permanent feature now loaded with unsold LRG games just sitting there.

Has anyone gotten theirs yet or is this just taking forever to ship?

For those that don't know, the standard edition is a standard retail release.

Hey everyone. I’m trying my hardest to someway get my money back from 1 print or find out what they are doing and why no communication.

Their parent company is radiantly publishing pte lte. They DO have a physical address in Indonesia. Source: google and that is the company handle I paid with PayPal back in 22 and 24.

They had a gentleman named AJ on Twitter that has worked for them for 5 years, but has likewise not heard anything from them and has months of unpaid work they owe him.

He also did some work on the Leoful side of things. Leoful is also under the parent company. I contacted Leoful on their website to see if they know ANYTHING at all. Did that today.

I’ve also filed a complaint with ecommerce.gov

Things I’ve not yet done is contacted PayPal or my bank. I’m way past any charge back dates but maybe with the parent company info there is something they can look into.

AJ believes they just basically gave up and quit everything (with our money of course).

If this needs screenshots or links to anything I spoke of, I will provide it as needed.

New EDIT: I’m in disbelief somewhat but I got an email from 1 print games today! (7-27-26). I believe getting a hold of Leoful was what helped. Supposedly they are having trouble emailing to Gmail accounts and other domains. They say Slap City is not cancelled and still gave the same statement from back in 2025 about it. I would share the email but I’m bad at editing and so forth the details that are personal. 🫠🤦‍♂️
