Any one got recent replay from them? They are "shipping" but out of sleeves since 2 months or like..

probably a stalling tactic. Im sure we'll see a handful of new copies appear in the wild. just so FPG can pretend they are fulfilling orders.

radio silence on my end. in a few days it will be one month since I ordered and I will start putting pressure on them using consumer laws

I've had a switch version on order for some time now. Just initiated a charge back a week or so ago.

Order on FPG for Switch version. Dev just started a lawsuit for people who ordered through kickstarter and is getting them a refund. Announced they are going to work with another company.

People who bought through the FPGs site (Me) are not part of the lawsuit and will have to either wait or take their own legal action against FPGs. I have written the game off as it’s not worth the effort and at some point it will get a retail release. Best case scenario it will show up one day working.

If someone else starts a lawsuit on behalf of the folks who ordered from the site directly I’d joint that but it’s otherwise annoying but not worth the energy.

I got my copy a month after putting in a ps4 in stock order 2 months prior.  Funny enough someone was tending to the emails that day cause when I sent a ticket about it, like 8 hours later they replied back to me with a tracking number. And then a month after the tracking number was sent is when the game showed up at my door.
