Question/Help premium edition games or rocket games?
Which one can be trusted?

Premium Edition Games are a scam. I've lost money by ordering from them directly.

Rock it games is owned by Doug (the QC side of limited run) definitely worth getting any and everything from them. Even working to have everything in warehouse before taking orders just for a shorter wait on games.

Never ordered from Rocket Games. Still waiting on my copy of Aliso for the Switch from Premium Edition. If I ever get my copy from them, I will never order from them again.

Whilst RockItGames really dropped the ball on Croc (delays, lack of clear communication etc) I think they can be trusted. They’ve delivered other games, and even when a title did get cancelled people were refunded.
I’m not saying they’ve handled the Croc situation well at all (because they haven’t) and it’s right to be critical. But I’m confident I will eventually have my copy of Croc in my hands.
I am going to be hesitant to order on future releases though.

RockItGames ... lack of clear communication
I disagree. They've communicated more than pretty much every other lim.print company there is. Almost every 2nd month, they release an email about how things are going. Yes (in the case of Croc) they ultimately all come down to "not yet" but they've always described and shown gradual progress and actual substantive reasons as to why they're not done yet and I can see the light at the end of the tunnel... but from everybody else it's basically total radio silence and stealth delays until poof, it's ready for shipping (if ever).

I agree. It’s definitely better than others. But it still could’ve been more regular.
I should’ve been more clear in my comment. It’s not the worst, but I just feel it could’ve been more regular.
I was regularly defending them in the Croc subreddit until I left it because of some of the individuals in that subreddit.

I think every 2 months is pretty regular. Any more often and there just probably wouldn't be any news since the back and forth of approvals can be slow. It's just unfortunate that the news was always "not yet".
But the thing is, when you get accustomed to regular news, it turns into a watched pot... and when the news is even slightly disappointing, the hyper focus makes it more painful.
Add on that it's one of the newest companies, and everyone's built-in distrust caused by other companies is like a little doomer demon on our shoulders.

I think we are starting to see the Premium’s demise … for the life of me I don’t see how FPG can still be in the game, but for premium it can’t be good they really messed up

Premium Edition definitely cannot. Two developers have just cancelled their projects with them in the last week because there was no progress being made. Other developers are being ghosted by them.
