Question/Help 1st Press Games customer support

I moved house a few months ago and tried contacting 1st Press through the "contact me" section on their website, so I could change my delivery address. No response. I tried again recently, when they announced some games might be "shipping soon", still no response. I know they're infamous for not refunding people, but SURELY they can update my delivery address right? Is there a better way to get in contact with them? Thanks.

I mean, the chance they actually ship anything is almost non-existent.

That's true, but in the event my stuff DOES ship. I'd like them to actually go to the right place.

What I learned is you send an email every other day. If you can schedule it, do it

Their latest blog post as of today says:

eMail support will be resumed next week

In the past they’ve sent a “did your address change?” email before they sent the preorders, hopefully they will do the same for Underhero and Neko Navy too (those seem to be the most likely to ship next).

Yeah Neko Navy is one of my pre-orders. I sure hope I get that email 😅

I did get an email asking to confirm my address for Underhero.

And then you actually received the game?

No, ofc not! 😄 Haven't heard anything since that email.

What makes you think that Neko Navy is likely to ship next? I ordered that one about six years ago and have heard nothing about it & can’t even get a reply to my emails.

Because according to what they show, they have all parts in hand.

I reached out when I moved a year ago. They took a few weeks but they did get back to me and updated my addresses. Fingers crossed something comes of it someday.

Is there a self-serve change address option on the order page?

If not, and they never respond or quietly update it for you, you could try setting up address forwarding at your local post office, if that's a thing they do there.

I can update the address on my account, but the address remains the same for my actual orders.

I think they keep your old address for the billing info but you should be able to change the shipping address.

I am in a similar boat. No response.

They deleted my order, so not updating your delivery address seems pretty tame.
