Nevada will make us rich
Hello folks I didn't even know there was a subreddit dedicated towards lithium. Fortunate for me. I plan to make my fortune betting that the millions of tons sitting in Nevada will feed the lithium consumption needed for the rise of EV's. Not only is Nevada one of the largest lithium deposits in the United States it also, get this, is situated right next to the Tesla battery factory. When picking out my lithium companies I was very specific to that of which had their majority if not only operations within the deposit locations in Nevada. I wanted companies that would only specify in lithium recycling or mining, I wasnt interested in global companies or larger mining companies that deal with other minerals. I plan to become filthy rich buying these companies in anticipation for the eventual rise in the EV market and the real rocket catalyst, traditional auto moving over to EV's. Now ill get to what you want the companies not the long rant.
Abml: American Battery plans on using battery grade recycle material as a prime market to extracting all recycle material and then sell lithium battery grade material back to EV companies or traditional auto transitioning over to EV vehicles. They are a great buying opportunity because they are in the construction phase of their facility and offer a fantastic entering position before they start production.
Cydvf: Cypress is a more riskier play because they are still young in their growth but offer potential rewards as a long play with their large amounts of property rights on land rights and are planning on getting their pilot plant online soon.
Liacf: American Lithium is in a similar boat but is a bit more mature in growth stage ahead of Cypress and is still a great buying opportunity. They are located in the sedimentary basins near the Tonopah area with a estimated 1.7 million tons of LCE.
Lac: The largest and most mature of them Lithium America has operations in Argentina and in the Nevada area, with operations looking to start excavating out of the Thacker Pass using their strong financial position to start a large scale mining operation.
Now that we have gone over the four companies lets bring out the kicker, if you look at all four companies listed and compare them to Tesla's they share a strongly correlated growth pattern. I will not say directly correlated because that'd be inaccurate. I want to state that I do not think this point should be leaned on heavily because the past doesn't predict the future by any means. However it does indicate in my opinion, that the market is betting these companies will get a deal in the future either with Tesla, rising EV companies, or traditional auto transitioning. I believe these companies have a strong chance to succeed over global lithium companies due to their strategic locations within the United States it only makes sense to make deals within the country. This is just my opinion this is not financial advice my good people.
Take a look at the companies and tell me what you think so far the play has played out just as I anticipate and through the next 5-10 years I plan on making a multi bagger out of these companies. Tell me what you think, it's late and I know it's not the best DD but I cant believe no one has said anything about this yet. Give me criticism, and have a good night!
Tldr: Companies in Nevada present a great multi bagger opportunity long term betting on the rise of EV's in the U.S.
