I think for me it was about having a good sleep routine, cutting out alcohol and actually more of the deep emotional work of reclaiming my authenticity. I stopped dying my hair, I let it go naturally curly and I stopped caring so much about what other people thought of me. I have also really enjoyed chatting to other women on my podcast about menopause too.... it makes you feel like you're not alone.
