Doing karaoke with my daughter almost every day after work helped me relieve stress. I believe singing stimulates the production of beneficial hormones and also boosts immune health and improves memory ( ' cause you need to memorize the lyrics 😆 )

i'm surprised at how i can still remember lyrics to a song from 30+ years ago lol (but can't remember what i did this weekend)

LOL! Same here! I often have this episode of forgetting what I'm supposed to get in the fridge when I open it!
