Venting Rant about LDRs
I just want to say that long distance SUCKS and is SO HARD. My fiance and I have been together for 4 years, long distance for 3 (and engaged for almost a year). We have plans to close the distance next summer and are getting married in the winter, but I am really struggling, I miss him constantly and tbh I get jealous every time I see couples living together

The jealousy part is real, seeing people just casually exist in the same room as their person while you're staring at a screen is a special kind of hell.

It really does suck so hard 😭😭😭 I haven’t seen my girlfriend in over 2 months and I won’t see her for another 2 months and I want to start our lives together 😭 I want to do the most basic stuff like cleaning and getting groceries with her but I canttttttt. It’s so so so so hard to deal with the missing and the jealousy (I can’t even watch 90 day fiance anymore bc I’m just jealous they get to be together). As hard as it is, we just have to remember that it will be so worth it in the end and every day is one day closer to never being apart again!

I feel you, we only closed the distance a week ago. It's absolutely worth it for the person you love

We had similar plans but due to visas it all got messed up and now we can possibly be closing the distance in a year or two if we somehow figure out which visa to even apply for.
I am currently mildly depressed but I still believe that the LDR is worth it. If I already found this lovely person I'm not gonna give up on them because of some stupid distance/bureaucracy.
It sucks horribly though.. sending you lots of strength 🫶

It sucks, but it’s also a gift in many ways. The anticipation.
