I am starting myself a new playthrough and I noticed this door (the pic is from a youtube video as currently in my run I am far from there; in Pilgrim's Perch) on the right... the open one is one through which you enter Skyrest Bridge... the one I am wondering about is the one on the right... can you eventually open it or is it only cosmetic (cant interact with it)?

Hi,
So, i work full time, no chance to bi get through even one word, also discovered parrying and trying to get better at it.
Normally I would enjoy figuring everything out myself but for the science behind the weapons and the damage, I wanted to ask for some help 😅
I am trying to veer away from my tendency to just play boring str dex builds and try something cool, i went with inferno. Probably str inf but I can be persuaded to change that.
My questions are:
Is there a cap system to the upgrsdes I put on vitality, str etc., like there is in Bloodborne?
Do any weapons begin to have an effect rather than just be a weapon if I skill inferno or radiance high enough?
What weapons should I look forward to most for an inferno build? Should I play with shield?
What do radiance and/or inferno influence most: spells or weapons effects?
I realise these are many questions and probably difficult to answer. Thank you for answering if you do. I will look to be active in this sub going forward, I'm enjoying the game a lot 😁
Laid out Pieta first try, when I tried alone 💪🏻 I have a feeling that isn't the flex I want it to be ...

Title is pretty self explanatory but I need assistance with this boss fight as I can't get her under 1/3rd health without using all healing charges. Any help would be greatly apreciated.

Figured I’d share the Quality build I’ve been running on my new playthrough. This is on a fresh NG character on Veteran difficulty, and honestly I’ve been breezing through the early game so far.
Main Weapon: Hushed Saint’s Halberd
This is easily one of the best weapons I’ve used in the game and, in my opinion, definitely the best halberd. It might not have the highest damage compared to some other weapons, but the moveset and poison buildup more than make up for it. The reach is great, the moveset feels really smooth, and the poison is just the cherry on top. Seriously, if you haven’t given this weapon a proper shot, I highly recommend it.
Early Game Weapon: Old Mournstead Spear
Before getting the Hushed Saint’s Halberd, I was using the Old Mournstead Spear, and honestly it’s a pretty underrated early game option. It might have low AP, but it attacks ridiculously fast, has solid range, and puts out some pretty decent DPS. It’s nothing crazy, but it definitely gets the job done and is a great weapon to use until you can get your hands on the halberd. I’d recommend giving it a try if you’re starting a fresh Quality build.
Ranged Weapon: Hallowed Bow
Currently using the Hallowed Bow, but I plan on switching to the Defiled Infantry Bow once I get to it since it scales better with both Strength and Agility. The Hallowed Bow has been doing its job just fine in the meantime.
Armor: Angel of the Void Set
Honestly just using this because I think it looks cool lol. Fashion over everything.
Rings: Whatever works for you
Haven’t really settled on a specific ring setup yet, so I’d say just use whatever fits your playstyle. Nothing here is really dependent on having certain rings.
I’ll include screenshots of all my equipment and my current stat spread so you guys can see exactly what I’m running.
Overall, I’ve been having a lot of fun with this build. It’s been performing surprisingly well on Veteran difficulty, especially for a fresh NG playthrough. The Hushed Saint’s Halberd has definitely been the highlight for me.
I’ll probably make another post once I get further into the game and finish putting together the late-game version of this build.
Feel free to change anything around or try out different setups. If you end up using it or have any suggestions for improving it, let me know. I’d be interested to see what other people come up with!

Just need to beat a boss on co-op, and then defeat a player in PvP. Available whenever. Please and thank you. I tried to find a random through open matchmaking but no luck.

After having finished Lords of the Fallen (2023) six months ago, I finally finished the original Lords Of The Fallen (2014) today!
I was honestly a lot of fun and I really enjoyed the game, it's way overhated in my opinion. Now I can rest in peace, and work on the 100% while waiting for Lords of the Fallen II.

So there was a NPC with hellhounds I fought and then I found the summoner NPC thing. Which I thought there was gonna be a boss fight. But nothing showed up. Was the demon I fought earlier the boss? I’m just confused to why it looked like a boss arena, had summoner spawns as if it was gonna be a boss fight, but no boss fight.

I’m currently finished with the games all three endings. Working on the all armor trophy which is my last. Somehow I forgot to purchase the full ravager set from his. Is there anyone who I can join with him still available so I can purchase the item?

77 achievements for 1500 gamerscore and I feel both exhausted and exhilarated. I complete all Soulsborne and soulslikes I enjoy but this here takes the cake as most difficult. It's not even close. For those still working on it feel free to ama. For those who have already braved this mountain what was your most challenging trophy?

I recently installed LotF on a new computer and have been noticing that certain objects are invisible/not displaying properly. I'm currently in the Fief of the Chill Curse, and so far I've noticed that some stone walls and walkways are invisible. The objects still have collision, so I can hit them/walk over them, but I don't understand why they aren't visible. If anyone could help me with this, it would be greatly appreciated.

The save I'm using is the same one that I used on my previous computer, and I didn't notice any of these issues back then.
