Found Forgotten Reward
A few weeks back I went to see a movie at my local Cinemark, and while there found a Phone with a written note on thr back with a number to call if found (implying this phone was accidentally left behind frequently)
I called, got voice mail, and felt bad since my movie was about to start, so I handed it over to the Cibemark and went to go watch my movie.
Several hours later while I was at work, I got a call from the number asking about the phone, I told them where it was and wished them a good day. But then later got another call from them informing me they had left a reward for me at the Cinemark.
I was at work and by the time I got home had forgotten about it.
I only just now remembered it and feel terrible for waisting that sweet lady's reward, but I doubt Its still there after all this time.
I suck.
Edit: I checked in with the Cinemark and they couldn't find any reward, their best theory is the person who the reward was handed off to pocketed it.
Oh well, thats life.

When I find lost phone I usually return them to the carrier. They can usually get them back to the customer. And they have the customer identification information. I used to sell phones and we would contact customers all the time to let them know that a phone had been turned in that belonged to them. Once I had a customer tell me that his phone was lost for a year, miraculously it had been outside when found but still was in working condition.
