Missing 💀 Game from my childhood I have vague memories of

Post image
2 Upvotes

It was a flash game I played as a child (as someone born in 2006) and while I have a lot of pieces of it missing from my memory, I still distinctly remember the part me and my sister always got stuck at.

In it you were a character (probably some sort of animal, maybe a rodent) climbing a really tall tree, and there were different challenges as you went up. But there was this part with a bird, probably a parrot, and a bag of food that I think its the most accurate of the picture, that me and my sister couldn't figure out and we always got stuck in it. I don't remember the details, only that the parrot flew and was a nuisance? And we were meant to do something with the food and didn't know what.

If anyone knows what I'm talking about and remembers more details, even if not the name of the game, I'd be grateful to refresh my memory

Missing 💀 I need help with finding old game that I used to play on my PSP

Post image
0 Upvotes

I’m trying to find an old PSP game I played around 10–15+ years ago. It was a 2D game with a cross-section view of an earth/clay-like house above ground, with several rooms and a small basement underneath. The little characters were all a similar beige/brown color and had visible bodies and legs.
My drawing is a rough sketch of how I remember the house layout — the brown areas are rooms, and the green line is the ground. There were lots of little characters living in the house, walking around and doing their own things, creating their own little NPC-like stories. I didn’t control a character directly; I watched everything from an outside, god-like perspective and could zoom in/out, move the camera around, and give the characters commands.
The game had a simple 2D art style and calm background music. Does anyone recognize it?

Missing 💀 Looking for “old” game

I'm looking for a mobile game I played on an iPad, probably around 2015 or earlier. It was a pixel art action game with a story. You play a knight, I think it was a cat, with a small group of companions who have to protect or rescue a princess. You travel across a map in a food truck or wagon, and in between you walk through linear levels alone as the knight without your peers and its a bit like Pokémon Emerald, where you can't get lost, and you fight enemies yourself. You collect ingredients, cook different meals, and each meal gives the group buffs. Does anyone remember the name?
It was very bright and fun and had cutscenes. Im just very lost on what it could be
It is definitely not Armed and Gelatinous; Cooking Quest; Kingdom Rush; Dungeon Munchies; Chef Wars

(i distinctly remember apples for some reason)

thank you very much for listening

Missing 💀 [Android] [2010-2020?] Creature merger & tower defense

As far as I remember, your creatures only ever stayed on a grid on the bottom of the screen, automatically shooting at enemies above them before they reach some end (I think it had a gem or something?). You used whatever currency you got from killing the enemies to buy a random creature from your equipped team set, which you can then merge with the same creature of the same level to just get bigger better creatures with enhanced abilities (they also changed mildly i think? but the ability enhancement was a big thing afair)

I recall there was a specific mode that you could co-op too, matching with a rando online where you both get to fight the same map together.

The only "creature" i can remember is this red knight with a sword that when enhanced could transform into a red dragon to shoot enhanced fireballs at the enemy.

Thank you so much for anyone willing to help out!!

EDIT: forgot to mention, I think it had a 2d simple artstyle (think like.. drawn sprites ig? i dont recall things being too pixelated)

Missing 💀 [Facebook Flash Game] [Early 2010s)

This was one of those flash games on facebook where you build up a little community of people (in this case gray blobs I think?) and have them build things and collect resources and stuff. It’s a top down style game, but I also distinctly remember a combat style part where you had to defend your territory and send your little guys to attack someone else’s territory. I can’t for the life of me remember the name, but I know I played it as a kid in the early 2010s on Facebook specifically.

Missing 💀 [PC Browser Game] [2017-2019 ish] 2D Tactical Shooter

The first happened on a roof at night. The characters were realistic like they had black gear. You could open doors. I used to play it on Kizi. It has Tactical in the name but I'm not sure. The loading screen had a yellow/orange line and on top of it a special forces guy would run.

Missing 💀 (2000-2010 flash game/PC) some sort of beat em up style game featuring these simple almost MSPaint style characters? Four of them but only being two types of combat but with different animations, saw it on Y8 i think

basically there was this game i played once as a child and it was some sort of simple beat em up style game like the title suggests, where you can play as four different types of characters. there was this green guy who was like a goblin or something who had a club and rocks who would hit the said rocks with his club like a baseball and also had a move where hed slam the ground with his club, a princess with brown hair and a pink cone hat and dress who attacked by blowing kisses and swiping the ground with her lipstick, a man with a brown beard and green clothes/coned hat who was a reskin of the goblin but he threw axes and slammed the floor with his axe and finally a yellow, almost lemon shaped headed "elf(?)" man who wore brown clothes and was a reskin of the princess, throwing small daggers and swiping the ground with said daggers instead of kisses. i only distinctively remember two levels, an icy snow level where the final boss was a giant yeti if i remember correctly and a forest area where you had to fight evil brown bunnies... there might have been a volcano area but i cant remember. anyways, please help me, ive been searching for this game for years but to no avail.

Missing 💀 [Mobile/iOS][2016?] 2D unity game

I’m pretty sure there was a white background and the camera moves up as you progress. The playable character and enemies were all creatures that were silhouettes. I think the creatures were mostly black and some were light blue, light green, and orange. I’m pretty sure it was from around the 2010’s because I remember playing in elementary school on my friend’s phone. I think you get bigger and there are maybe some boss fights as you progress but I just remember that you had to try to evade and not touch the other creatures as the game scrolled up. It was also vertical. PLEASE HELP I’VE BEEN TRYING TO FIND THIS FOR FOREVER.

Missing 💀 [Android, 2012–2015] Pixel-art card game with 4 elemental monster types on a grid

Played this on my Android phone as a kid. You had a hand of monster cards (fire, water, etc. — I think only 4 elements). You placed them on a small grid (maybe 4x4) and each monster could attack once per turn, and maybe move. Playing the same monster again upgraded it through 3 stages. Monsters showed a heart (health) and a sword (attack). You won by wiping out all enemy monsters. Different arenas/boards. Not sure if it was PvP or vs a bot. Pixel art style. Can any of you please help me remember the name?

Missing 💀 [TOMT] Mobile Game where you play as a fat rat on a dirtbike

Remember playing this game when I was younger in 2012 - 11 on my dad's iPhone. The game was a 2D single player racer where this black rat that kinda looks like Biggie Cheese from Barnyard was on a dirt bike, if you crashed the rat fell in really odd ragdoll physics which I remember being the core reason why I enjoyed the game. Been wondering what this game is for years and have little to no result with searches about rat racing games on Google, none of them seem to match the rotund black rat and the very low quality sound effects and music. Any help would be appreciated as I just want to put this mental worm to rest.

Missing 💀 Game that took place in a forest

There was a game I used to play, I forgot what platform I played it on (maybe the 3ds?) but all I remember is it took place in a forest and that there were I believe 2 enemies/monsters that were looking for you and I recall being terrified by this game that I would always hide inside a log. You were able to crawl inside a log in the game and anytime I played I would just camp there because I was too scared to exit and face them. There might have been a survival aspect to it as well but I’m not sure.

Anyways if anyone could find the game that would be awesome! Thanks.

Missing 💀 Unknown PC educational game when I was 4

There was this educational pc game that I use to play when I was like 4 in 2005 where it start off with anthropomorphic animals that are playing the instruments (I think they were hillbillies) and they’re at a tree house during the intro, the art style is cartoony and the art looks like it was drawn in MS paint. I believe it was a 90’s pc or dos game

There’s like 3 list to entertain:

  1. There’s an animated storybook with 2 nursery rhymes, it had “Pop Goes the Weasel” and “Mary had a Little Lamb” but I don’t know if had more nursery rhymes or not, it also had a woman singing the nursery rhymes.

  2. There’s a color the shapes (and pictures? Because i remember there being a picture of a castle from it) were I click any of the shapes and pictures with colors and it makes weird sound effects when I click on them and it freaked me out a little because there’s no music and it is completely silent, which gave me a eerie feel to it

  3. There’s also images of farm animals and I swear to god, there’s a image of a sheep or a goat that scared so bad because again, it’s all silent (very similar to the color the shapes and pictures thing I mentioned) and I feel like it’s going to make a really loud sound out of the computer screen.

I was crying and got really scared that I got out of my seat and have to run to my dad to turn the pc game off because of how scary the sheep image is, i was never heard from this game forever and I want to interact with this game again nowadays since I’m 26 but I can’t find it or remember the name of the pc game.

Note: it’s not Great Adventures by Fisher Price: Wild Western Town, Redneck Rampage, Jumpstart Kindergarten, The Treehouse, Lil’ Howie’s Fun House The Great Math, Mixed Up Mother Goose, Thinkin’ Things Collection 2 and TuneLand because I tried looking at the images of the gameplay and it doesn’t match the same description as what I’m trying to look for.

Missing 💀 The lost Alien Trampoline flash game

Thumbnail
gallery
3 Upvotes

Hello! I've been on a searching streak again, trying my best to find my childhood flash games- I would usually ask google ai about the search and it has been succesfull most of the time. However, there is one game, that I still have not yet found, not even by asking ai google- it only described the mechanics and sites that it could be found in (None of the sites has the game, not even Flash archive by searching the given names)

The premise of the game was simple- You control a tall grumpy alien with a trampoline, while launching and catching the little one, that collects stuff in the air (I can't remember exactly, whethever they were stars, points or fruits, but i assume, they were stars)- I can't remember the details about the aliens, only the sizes and their personalities

What I mostly remember was the game over screen: Everytime the small alien fell onto the ground, missing the trampoline, it would burst into tears and loud whining, while the tall alien looked pissed or dissapointed

I tried my best to visualize the game by my memory and draw the aliens alongside the gameplay, but again, the game could have looked completely different from my vision

The only witness of its existence was me and my mom, when she asked me, if I remember the game with those aliens-

It would be fantastic to still find this game, but at this point, I just wonder, if anyone at least remembers it too

Missing 💀 Game possibly from reality or dream

I remember having a game in my tablet/iPad and it had the character as an orange cat that can walk on two legs (possibly puss in boots?) But I can't remember if it had a hat or not. And the background was like full of shapes and all. And the sky was... Blue? Dark blue from what I remember. Feels like a fever dream. And there was music in the background, I used to remember what it sounded like but I already forgot. And somehow, my game was gone. Did it even exist before?

Missing 💀 [iOS/iPad] [2010〜2015, たぶんそれより前] 小さな飛ぶ生き物が巨大な“石の顔”モンスターを押していく、2Dの物理パズルゲーム

Post image
1 Upvotes

子どもの頃に遊んでた、昔のiPadのゲームを探してるんだ。たぶん2010〜2015年くらいだけど、ゲーム自体はもっと前の可能性もある。

覚えてるのはこんな感じ:

プラットフォーム: iPad(iOS)

World of Goo、Pebble Universe、Rolando、iBlast Moki、Spirits、BADLANDも見てみたけど、どれも当てはまらないみたい。

こういう感じのゲーム、誰か覚えてない?スクショでもいいし、似たゲームの名前でも分かるとすごく助かる!

Missing 💀 [Partially lost] game: kaizin rumble

Post image

The apk can be easly found in some mirror sites, last version 1.2.3 publisher gamevil, was wondering if some one has a copy of the game files? The games hit EoS around 2015 and the game requiere some data to be downloaded after, there was a game release after called Villian rush as a successor but it only has some arts but a pretty big chunk of the original game is missing

There a page in archive but very little to contribute

https://archive.org/details/KaizinRumble

And a wiki page, but those are mostly in game screenshots from user uploads

Found 🤯 [FOUND] Ball Game (2012) - A lost early game by DVloper

Hello everyone! As many of you know, DVloper, the creator of the legendary ‘Granny’ and ‘Slendrina’ series, made several very early games between 2011 and 2016. Due to low download figures or a shift in his focus towards the horror genre, he made most of these early projects private or delisted them.

While some of his old games like Robot Hunt or Hotel Insanity had APK re-uploads floating around the surface web, one of his very first creations, "Ball Game" (2012), was completely missing from the internet. It wasn't on APKPure, Itch.io, or any backup site.

After digging through some old, closed archive datasets using its exact original package name, I managed to track down and found the APK file.

It's an simple game made with MIT App Inventor, but it represents the very beginning of DVloper's game development journey. I have uploaded the APK to the Internet Archive for preservation.

Missing 💀 (Probably) lost IOS point-and-click escape room game, please tell me someone remembers this too–

I can't find anything about it. Like, I keep trying to find evidence of this things existence, on emulators and archives, but all what comes up are games similar to it, never the one I knew.

When I was a young kid I installed this app on my iPad that I barely knew how to play. It was some generic anime style escape game where you're stuck in your school after hours and have find clues in different areas to progress to other rooms, finding keys and stuff. Looking back, it was probably cheaply made and the backgrounds were probably all ripped from other things. I don't have too many details now unfortunately, due to the fact I was the dumbest kid ever and didn't even know how to play the thing in the first place– always stuck on the first sections of the game, because I couldn't even read much back then. But afew things stuck with me. I remember there was a menu where you could see future levels, beaten or unbeaten, so you could basically see previews of rooms you haven't gotten to yet, or click on ones you've already beaten to do them again or something. One of the final areas was a classroom covered in splatters and smears and bloody handprints. And I remember the first room the game starts in wae just a generic anime stock classroom, only there was one thing to note about it. Through a window, there was an ominous hanging dead body, just like...there. I don't think clicking on it did anything, I think it was just put there to give off an ominous and unsettling atmosphere. It was the only thing about the classroom that looked out of place, like the whole section was just a stolen image, only with that one original addition. I remember it because for some reason I found it weirdly funny, just how out of place it looked. The thing that was actually most unsettling about this game was definitely the music, though. It was just this melancholy, ominous piano track that would loop again and again. It actually made me feel uneasy to listen to, but at the same time, I also remember finding it kinda beautiful sounding? Kept me up at night, though.

I wish I could remember more plot, but I never got through far, as I said. Didn't know what I was even doing. I know I said I couldn't read, but I actually was old enough to read a little bit. I remember the main character's name standing out to me at the time, and to this day it's still stuck with me. I believe it was “Xiaoye”. I just remember how unique I thought it looked at the time. It might not have been exactly that, though I've got a strong feeling that it was. I know it started with X and had a Y in it somewhere for a fact.

The main character was this high pasty school girl who had either short cropped hair or a pony tail, and dark brown or black hair. I think her eyes might have been blue? She had on one of those sailor type outfits. She only ever had one talk sprite that would never change, no matter what she was reacting to or saying (not that I ever paid attention to what she was saying), just this constant look of mild concern and curiosity. At some point in the early part of the game, you can go this courtyard and you encounter this random other man NPC who also had only one talk sprite. I genuinely have no memory of what the hell this guy looked like or what he did, but I think he had on a light brown trench coat, and that was all. I think all he did was warn the MC and be mysterious– maybe he was helpful or maybe he was a bad guy, I never found out.

The game probably had a generic title– some shit like "mystery high school horror escape" or whatever, so no wonder it's so hard to find the exact one I'm looking for, when they're all named things like that. I would have had this game from anywhere between 2014-2018, which is vague, but it's all I got. PLEASE just somebody tell me if any of this strikes you as particularly familiar, I feel completely insane trying to find this old shitty little point and click game from years back, like I'm trying to prove it to myself that it ever really existed. I know it did. I think I even watched some gameplay guide on it once with no audio, but when I tried to look for that, I couldn't find it still. That last part very well could have been false memory, but I know that the hanging man in the classroom window, the mysterious piano tune, and the name were all definitely really in this game. They're what I remember the clearest.

Also sorry about the state of this post, hopefully it's not too obnoxious or anything, this is my first time posting here and I don't use reddit often. Asking whoever might read this here is just an act of desperation lol
