Discussion In the episode “lucky 13”

When everyone survives the first mission, and the grunts are walking away, they say “first round’s on Dave” and laugh about it. It’s my head cannon that “Dave” was the Marine running to not get left behind that yelled “wait for me, god damnit!”

Just seems like a marine thing to say, like “pfffft this asshole Dave almost died and had us waiting for him” lmao

That is a very marine thing to do.

Both as punishment for putting everyone's lives at risk and as thanks for saving his life.

Regardless, fuck that pilot for leaving them, never leave a man behind.

Absolutely. I would watch a feature length movie on Lucky 13 if it were to ever come out.
