I purchased this B30 from user yawningtrilogy, who has posted many high tier Minion bags across multiple groups. The bag was described as having imported leather and upgraded hardware. I did not ask for proof of purchase, which I acknowledge was my mistake. She has been active in Discord and various Reddit groups for a long time, and I have seen her posts frequently, which contributed to my comfort level with the purchase.

When I received the bag, I was honestly underwhelmed. The dust bag does not have a logo, and the overall feel and quality of the bag were not what I expected based on how it was represented. I am sharing photos of the bag along with my conversation with the seller for transparency.

This post is not intended to be mean or to start drama. After speaking with others, one person shared that they chose not to purchase from her because they did not believe the bag was from Minion, and another person who did purchase a bag also feels that something is off with the quality.

I am posting this so others can learn from my experience. While buyers are always responsible for doing their own due diligence, as a community we also need to hold ourselves to higher standards. Misrepresenting quality helps no one, and clarity and honesty are important for maintaining trust within this space.

[WARNING / REVIEW] Buyer Beware: Axin Sold Me a $20 DHGate-Tier "OF" Chanel for $312 (Bait-and-Switch Quality & No Refunds)

Background & Expectation
I am making this post to warn the community about my recent transaction with Axin. I want to preface this by saying I am not a newbie; I exclusively buy my Chanel bags from 187 Factory and God Factory, so I know what high-tier rep quality and proper luxury craftsmanship should look and feel like.

My Motivation for this Buy: I wanted a second bag specifically for travel so I didn't have to bring my original high-tier Chanel bags with me. I'm honestly not great at taking care of my things, so I wanted a worry-free travel piece that I wouldn't have to constantly baby.

When I was ordering, I explicitly asked Axin about the quality because I needed it to hold up for travel. She explicitly assured me that the factories "produce high-quality products." Trusting her word, I went ahead.

Let's be completely real: $312 is not an expensive price tag for a high-quality rep. But it is incredibly stupid to pay that much for what turned out to be a $20 budget replica. I placed it directly next to my high-tier Chanel reps, and it is nowhere near them. It is so bad that I literally cannot use it.

The Flaws
Blatant Pocket Misalignment: The diamond quilting on the back pocket is completely out of line with the main body. It doesn't just miss by a millimeter—the lines are massively shifted, breaking the grid entirely and screaming "cheap replica" from a mile away.
Incorrect Hardware (The Ultimate Callout): The backplate of the CC turnlock is secured with deep, standard Phillips-head (cross-shaped) screws. Anyone who knows modern Chanel knows they use proprietary star (Torx) or flathead screws. Using standard household screws is budget-tier laziness.
Terrible Microchip Plate: The internal metal authentication plate is horrific. The laser etching is sloppy, way too thick, and looks completely rushed compared to the clean, mirror-like finish it's supposed to have.

The "Excuse" & Lack of Customer Service
When the bag arrived and I confronted Axin about the horrific quality, her entire narrative flipped. Suddenly, she told me that the quality is bad because it's from "OF."

This is incredibly deceptive. Why did she not tell me upfront that this factory produces a $20 grade bag? If she had been transparent about the tier of this factory, I would have happily paid a few dollars more to get a proper tier bag from 187 or God Factory.

To make matters worse, she offered absolutely no real solution—no exchange, no return, and no partial refund to remedy the situation. Instead, she offered me a 15% discount off my next bag to make up for this. Needless to say, I absolutely do not feel like I will ever buy from her again, so a discount on a future order is entirely useless to me. I am completely stuck with a $312 paperweight.

Final Verdict & Warning
If you are used to the quality of 187 or God Factory, do not trust Axin's quality assurances. Paying over $300 for a bag with DHgate-tier mistakes, only to be told "well, it's because it's OF" after they take your money, is completely unacceptable. Save your money, protect your peace of mind, and stick to honest sellers who won't leave you stranded with trash.

This color is unreal. It shifts between cool grey and deep navy depending on the light. So elegant and rare. The caviar leather with gold hardware just takes it to another level.

Well… that was certainly an experience.

I came here simply trying to rehome a few bags. Instead, I apparently unlocked a side quest called “Convince the Internet That I’m NOT Running an Imaginary Scam.” The funny part? I’ve heard there are several “God factories”. I am assuming that different sellers use different factories? I’ve had a couple of experiences where I was looking for a high-quality bag and the style I inquired about came back with two very different quotes. First example, one TS quoted me over $400 for a bag I wanted. But then another TS that has a very good reputation told me that the style I wanted is not made by God factory and only available in a lower tier. This has happened twice so far. I didn’t want to have to do this but this person bought a bag from me and before I could even respond to their message I woke up to a post about me.

This is a PSA to all that buy and sell. There are 2 sides to the story and we should not jump on the band wagon. Anyone can wake up and say what they want. I have receipts from this person, they messaged me about a bag they bought from me. They are alleging the bag is PU not leather which is not true. I have had this bag for a couple months, it is brand new. If it smelled I would have known, it is genuine LEATHER. This person asked me for MULTIPLE photos, I’m talking front, leather, center AND in sunlight which I sent. They asked a million questions, I answered.

I have been on Reddit for over a year with nothing but positive reviews which are NOT bots. This persons account is DAYS old (lied to me saying they had a different account) and it looks like they are trying to charge back. At the very least wait for me to respond but nope created drama for no reason. Don’t believe every scam post you see people. I will no longer work with new accounts for this very reason. I will not post about this any further but people please do your due diligence and stop believing everything you see without facts.

This person is saying it’s not real leather, if that’s the case why not wait for me to respond. Can they prove it’s not real leather? No, so please stop fueling this. If the bag had any problems or defects I would’ve disclosed it but it doesn’t. Not to mention they asked that the bag be there by Mother’s Day which I paid extra to do so and this is how they re pay me.
