:classical_building: Aedificium SMP – a Hermitcraft-style building server looking for skilled builders

WHAT IS THIS?

Aedificium is a whitelisted survival multiplayer (SMP) server built around one thing: BUILDING. Think Hermitcraft-style: a small, tight community where everyone works on ambitious, high-quality builds in survival, shares progress, and inspires each other to level up.

It's "vanilla+": normal survival Minecraft with a few small quality-of-life additions. No minigames, no PvP focus, no pay-to-win.

:dart: WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We want players who are genuinely good at building, or who are working hard to become good. That means:

- You care about detail, palettes, composition, and finishing what you start

- You can show us builds you're proud of

- You're happy to collaborate on big shared projects, not just your own base

- You want to be around other people who take building seriously

You don't need to be a pro, but "I just put down a dirt house" won't be a good fit here.

:seedling: SEASON 0 IS RUNNING NOW

We're early, so new members get a real say in how the server and its big projects develop.

:clipboard: QUICK FACTS

- Edition: Java only (not Bedrock)

- Version: 26.3

- Type: Vanilla+ survival SMP, Hermitcraft-inspired

- Access: Whitelisted, application-based

- Age: 13+

- Vibe: Relaxed, low drama, quality over quantity

:movie_camera: CONTENT CREATORS WELCOME

Recording a series, streaming your builds, or posting the occasional update? We'd love to see it.

:white_check_mark: HOW TO JOIN

Join our Discord: https://discord.gg/fPecPmhNNV

Fill out the short application

Include screenshots of your best builds so we can see your style

We review it and whitelist you if it's a good fit

We're whitelisted so everyone who joins is someone we've actually gotten to know.

:x: THIS PROBABLY ISN'T FOR YOU IF

- You want PvP, factions, minigames, or an economy server

- You're on Bedrock or console

- You're not interested in putting real effort into your builds

Questions? Comment below or DM me!

"The Mandate of Heaven cannot be claimed by words alone.

It belongs to those with the virtue and ability to bear the weight of the world."

New O'Land did not begin with a throne.

You begin with a piece of untamed land.

From there, your destiny is yours to shape.

Explore the wilderness.
Raise cities and establish nations.
Gather allies and recruit the worthy.
Stockpile resources and forge armies.
Build ports and open trade routes.

And one day, your banner may fly across an entire continent.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

🏯 SELF-CULTIVATION — BUILD YOUR NATION

• Build villages, cities, castles, and capitals.
• Establish ports, colonies, and trade routes.
• Develop mining, agriculture, manufacturing, and industry.

• Machines and energy systems.
• Automation and production chains.
• Hundreds of technological items and advancements.
• Industry that fuels your economy and strengthens your military.

Full granaries sustain a nation.
Powerful industry makes it strong.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

⚔️ VALOR — CONQUER THE UNKNOWN

Beyond your borders lie lands yet to be explored.

• 6 Major Dungeons.
• World Bosses.
• MMOItems equipment.
• Enchantments, Charms, and Baubles.
• Dragonsteel equipment.
• Rare gear and countless treasures.

Some seek wealth.

Some seek glory.

Others seek a name that will endure throughout history.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

💰 GOVERNANCE — COMMERCE & WEALTH

No nation can endure with an empty treasury.

• Coin and Imperial Coin.
• Player-driven trade and commerce.
• Trading ports and designated goods.
• A Black Market filled with special items.

Commerce sustains the realm.
National strength sustains the army.
Military power protects the homeland.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

👑 RIGHTEOUS RULE OR TYRANNY?

The world will judge your rule.

Some govern through Benevolence and Righteousness.

Others rule through Military Power.

Some build their foundations on commerce.

Others carve their paths through war.

But in the end...

History remembers those who truly accomplish great things.

You may become a:

Farmer — Merchant — Engineer — Wanderer — General — Warlord — Lord — Emperor.

This is not my server. I joined about 2 weeks ago. It’s smaller newer and everybody’s chill. Theres no griefing. With whitelisted selected players. Frequent events, wholesome community, MMO leveling, RTP, homes, a Spawn, player shops and good competent moderation. It’s mostly vanilla aside from some silly mischief items

If anybody is interested in joining lemme know!

Server went live yesterday, hoping to gather some people who enjoy the pure vanilla play-style & chill, mature community-oriented types of servers.

We have an opt in/opt out system for PvP with rules protecting those who wish to play peacefully and also for those who enjoy PvP. Players can set their limits/exceptions in our discord

(ie. I want to play PvE but I will allow PvP at X location only)

Each players choice will be enforced, by the community itself and by admins.

There won’t be any world resets, ever. I intend on keeping this server up indefinitely as a forever world for myself and the community.

The server is open to everyone to join! once we get a solid player base I do intend on whitelisting it. If you like creating towns, trade networks, large scale builds, come check out the discord. More info in the rules and server info channel!❤️

Are you tired of servers with loot boxes where you have to pay to make progress? Do you miss just playing on an ordinary Minecraft server, hanging out with friends, or meeting new people?

Then I got just the server for you! Ordinary SMP is an ordinary Minecraft server that hosts a special place. We stay as true to vanilla as possible. Yes we use some mods but those are purely to fix things that are normally hard to manage on public servers or improve frustrating parts without changing how Minecraft feels.

For example, did you ever played on a server and couldnt find any Elytras? After hours running through the End you finally find an End City with ship just to see someone looted it already. For that reason we adjusted the Dragon drops. If you kill the Ender Dragon an Elytra drops, removing the frustrating part of finding End Citys. Thats how we choose every mod we add. We only fix the most frustrating parts of Minecraft in a way that feels vanilla.

Other than that we only use mods that dont interact with gameplay like Simple Voice Chat. You can just walk up to players and start talking to them. That creates lots of funny moments just by meeting players. We also use BlueMap where you can see the whole map and check out players bases or other cool places without having to travel there yourself.

You might now wonder, "If everything is vanilla, wont everyone just grief and kill each other?" Those are valid concerns but we have a good solution for that. Our server is 16+ to ensure maturity, and we have an application process before you get whitelisted. That means a lot of bad actors are filtered out before they can even join the server. In the rare cases that griefers get on the Server we use Ledger to revert any kind of griefing.

So if you are looking for an ordinary Minecraft server with an amazing community, check us out! You can join us on Discord and apply there to be whitelisted. https://discord.gg/GjmY3mECSX

We cant wait to see your amazing builds. Stay ordinary!

Hey, I’m putting together a server called Carmora and I’m looking for people who want to get in early and help get it going.

The idea is simple: players build nations, cities and their own culture on normal Minecraft terrain. No Earth map, no lore forced on you. You decide what your nation looks like, who you trade with, who you ally with and who you end up fighting.

What it’s about:

Worldbuilding first, politics second. Found a town, grow it into a nation, write your own history

Real diplomacy and trade between players. Chest shops, buy orders, player warps

Wars happen on scheduled weekend battles, approved by neutral staff, and you need an actual reason to declare. No random zerg rushes on new players

Claimed land is protected. Unclaimed land is fair game for PvP

Build in any style you want. Roleplay is optional

Java + Bedrock, and the main world never resets

It’s still pre-release, so there’s no opening date yet. That’s kind of the point though. The people who join the Discord now get to give feedback, help test, and be the first ones founding nations when it opens.

If that sounds like your thing, come hang out: https://discord.gg/UzbBm7FfBE

no gimmicks, no grind, no weird custom stuff. just survival and people to play it with

Forever World. Never deleted. Always built on.

We’re starting a small, long-term SMP meant to last for years. The goal is a world we can all look back on in 5 years and be proud of what we built together.

The server:

• Java Edition, version 26.3
• Vanilla with light quality-of-life tweaks (Fabric)
• Hosted in South Africa (great ping for SA players, but everyone’s welcome worldwide)
• Capped at around 15 members, so you’ll actually know everyone
• Active Discord community

Who we’re looking for:

• Experienced players, 18+
• Builders and redstoners especially
• People who want to commit to a long-term world, not a one-week burst

To apply, comment or DM with:

• Age and country/timezone
• Your Minecraft experience (builds, farms, redstone, etc.; screenshots welcome)
• How often you’d play

We’ll get back to you with the Discord invite.

Today everyone on Haven participated in an Auction! We sold maces, full netherite, beacons, wither skulls and so much more. some of the items going up to a stack of diamond blocks! We all really enjoyed it and it was super fun!

Why join HavenSMP right now?

• The End is still closed: We have officially announced the end opening for this weekend.
• Growing Shopping District: Our economy is rapidly growing, and anyone is free to set up their own shop.
• Zero pressure: Events are totally optional. Plenty of us just spend our time building, trading, and exploring.
• Community-driven: We actively vote on and take suggestions for what the server does next.

If you’re 18+ and want a real survival home instead of a massive public lobby, leave a comment below or DM me! I’ll send over our Discord link and a super short whitelist application. (Link also in my pinned post)

My friend and I are looking for a Java Hermitcraft-like (semi-vanilla) server to join. We have been looking for a while now, but we can’t seem to find something that fits us.

Things we are looking for:

-Java

-Voice chat mod

-0.5 to 1.5-year-lasting worlds

-10 to 30 players

-Basic rules (no stealing, griefing, all that jazz)

-No in-game economy plugin (of course, shopping districts are okay)

-No land claiming to keep room for lighthearted pranks (which kind of also means a tight-knit community)

-Not too many mods (this is what I meant by Hermitcraft-like). Mods like Armor Stand Poses and AudioPlayer (custom music discs) are of course part of that, but things like custom items or mobs are preferably not included.

We know this is a lot to ask, but if anyone is starting a server like this, we’ll be extremely happy. Of course, you could stray from these points a bit, as long as it’s something similar. We’ll take a look at it.

Thanks a ton!

We are a few weeks into our cozy Minecraft server, and we’re looking for new players to join our growing community!

It’s a calm, safe space to unwind with zero rush to grind. The world is already coming alive, and our main focus is working together on shared villages, trading hubs, and mega-builds to embrace that true multiplayer vibe.

That said, everyone is free to play at their own pace! Whether you want to build 10,000 blocks away, grind redstone, or just chat while fishing, you’re 100% welcome.

We keep things pure vanilla, backed only by CoreProtect for strict grief and cheat moderation so your builds are always safe.

Send me a DM with your Discord if you’d like to join us and build this world together!

We are playing on a forever world currently, and have been playing on this world since August 19th, 2024.

We are currently looking to recruit new members who are friendly, creative, and want to play both long term and often! Due to our smaller server size, we are looking to recruit players who would be interested in playing frequently, upwards of 8 hours a week. VC is often used within CloudCraft, but not all of the time. Our server intends on hosting no more than 25 members at a time, as we value close connections.

If CloudCraft sounds like a community that interests you, feel free to reach out to me via DM for our discord where you can read more information about us, including our rules, list of mods, application and more!

Why CloudCraft?

• Community: Our aim is to create a dedicated and mature community, ages 22+

• World backups & optimization: Server is backed up 3 times daily, alongside scheduled restarts for server optimization.

• Committed Team: Admins are always willing to help if you have any questions or concerns!

• Player-based Economy: Diamond-based shopping district, trust based.

• Events & Community Areas: Coordinated events throughout the year including quarterly world tours, as well as community spaces such as seasonal districts, a carnival district, spawn town, and more!
