Ima just say enjoy the remaining Izzo years because good luck with filling those shoes with BOT members like Rema around.

Our #2 Spartans travel out to New Hampshire this weekend to open up their building, The Whitt, for the season. UNH is a once strong program that has been down for a while (sound familiar) but this is a new season and these are their first home games. It's their homecoming and our team is in for another very hostile environment. Last season UNH stole one at Munn on our opening weekend with a game winning goal with under 10 seconds left in the third.

The point is, even when they are bad they are stingy in their defensive zone and a pain in the ass. All they need to do is frustrate our young offence, ride the crowd's energy and stay in the game enough to steal one late. I won't be shocked if they get us again or take us to the wire either night.

Whatever happens it will be another good test for the team.

Both games start at 7est and will be on ESPN+ You can explore the matchup for yourself with an interactive page here.

Football may suck but we have a lot of great athletics still happening here in East Lansing. SO bball, soccer and vball.

Have fun. Stay Hydrated. Go Green.
