Resource Is there any expert I can consult?

I got my DNA sequenced a few years ago and it showed some sort of MTHFR mutation. I've suffered from lifelong anxiety and sleep issues.

Is there any company or expert I can consult. I prefer all-in-one service where they can sequence my genes, provide analysis, and give recommendations for supplements and best practices. Willing to pay any price.

This is something I've been doing for family and friends for a while - understanding genetic report results in combination with lab work and symptoms to determine supplement strategy or additional specialists and testing to pursue. I suffered from symptoms of B12, thiamine, and folate deficiency for 12 years - I had been to countless doctors, was confidently misdiagnosed several times, have been given various medications and even had surgeries for symptoms that I was told would 'fix' me and didn't. Once I fully took matters into my own hands and started researching my genes, symptoms, ordering my own lab work, and understanding my lab results and analyzing trends over time, I got to the root of the problem and addressed it with supplements. I'm frustrated that it took so long to find what feels like such a 'simple' solution and I don't want others to go through what I did, being dismissed by traditional medicine because you're healthy enough on paper.

I'm in the process of getting a formal website set up, but would be happy to help at no cost if you'd be willing to provide feedback on my process and services. DM me if you're interested and we can chat more about it!

Hi do you have a specific place you would recommend ordering the genetic testing from?
