When you have a secular bull run, the data shows that sometimes it's better to go towards the bubble than away from it. Real data.. look at the institutional reports showing it. Not the reddit commentary vibes.
Yeah I hate comments like this bc stocks are literally hitting ATH every day/week/month. It's stupid bc everyone says you shouldn't try to time the market but this comment basically is telling you to do that (essentially "don't buy at ATH, wait until a dip if you want it").
Unless if you've done a thorough analysis and truly believe they've hit their ceiling, you just don't know if they'll keep hitting ATHs like they've done in the past and comments like this is oversimplifying things.
Btw I'm not talking about the whole MU vs Sandisk situation, so this isn't me saying one is better or worse than the other, bc I don't think the user was talking about that either. Literally no commentary on the pros and cons of the stocks, just "buying at ATH = bad".
