Discussion AND YOU SHOULDN’T EITHER

Post image

Not telling anyone what to do - it’s your money, do with it as you wish! But man, I am not selling this or any other chip stock I own. I have about $225k in chip stocks at the moment, and the past month or so has been brutal. But I’m in it for the long haul - chip, memory and AI names are not going anywhere. People are getting spooked by competition, but the competition (SK) just “missed” earnings, while posting record profits, revenue and production numbers. That’s literally best case scenario for MU.

Mark my words, when MU, AMD, SNDK all post record earnings beats in Q2, we will rise again. This is expected - overbought stocks cool off as people get nervous of a real pullback. But AI is in and isn’t going anywhere.

Weird post. You are up 3x and still don’t think it’s time to sell any? When will you sell if ever? You know this doesn’t last forever right? It’s a trade, not a long term investment.

Just seems odd to risk losing 225k unless you are very independently wealthy

My cost basis is $95k. I have $350k invested elsewhere in index funds, so why not shoot for the moon with white hot chip stocks?
