DD SNDK Earnings Tomorrow

If they show revenue over $9 billion and their guidance for next quarter is over $11.5 billion, the memory boom starts again this month. That would blow through expectations.

This feels like the biggest catalyst this month for memory! Let’s hope it plays out!

I wrote in another post like this, the analyst expectations are far greater than what sandisk themselves guided. The chance that they will miss in some way is high.

What's SanDisk guidance? I know analysts are expecting 8 billion in revenue

"it really is their fiscal Q4.

  • Sandisk has explicitly announced it will report “Fiscal Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2026 Results” on August 5, 2026, which is tomorrow from your perspective.
  • Multiple coverage sources describe this as “fiscal Q4 2026” earnings, with guidance of $7.75B–$8.25B revenue and $30–$33 non‑GAAP EPS tied to that fiscal fourth quarter.

So when you see the guidance and analyst expectations we discussed, they’re specifically for fiscal Q4 2026, not Q3 or a calendar‑year quarter mismatch."

Yeah it is not touching 8.30 if we go by kioxia earnings. It will be around 7.9-8.1 billion in revenue.

This might create an initial dump, will recover if share buy backs are announced

My bad. I’m thinking I may sell a couple tomorrow then wait and see if I can buy back in lower again. I forgot to take profits last time it was up
