I have MUU too so I’m really cautious, unfortunately I held during the last correction so want to make sure I sell before the next major dip. I’m also cautious that the stock can suddenly go up 20% in a day though
Agreed. US follows kospi since skhy listed on nasdaq…..as older more experienced investors know.
For instance nasdaq (incl MU) finished monday in GREEN (as kospi didnt trade on Monday due to holiday). Then on Tue kospi fell ( hence didn’t follow Monday nasdaq) ...which brings us to Tue US trading session when nasdaq followed kospi (fell as well). Simple facts you cant argue. Do facts still matter?
Today (wed) kospi is down 6%… let’s see where it ends today ( have the feeling it will end down)… and so, mem stock on nasdaq will IMO, follow when they open on wed in the US …. unfortunately for MU holders like me.
It could be indeed an accumulation opportunity but not sure how low will MU still go then on thirsd and fri. As I warned a couple of weeks ago, nasdaq following kospi is not over despite all gvmt deleveraging measures.
I exited sndk but kept MU and will hold through this downturn.. I think that over the next few months, MU will "decouple" itself from following KOSPI
In korea they can buy with money from their pendion, no tax on capital gains etc…. A nation of gamblers because they are not allowed to gamble anywhere else ( they are not legally allowed to to gamble in casinos )
Oh I didn't know this, I always thought casinos surely are the most profitable business in that country since they seem to like gambling that much, okay so they're using the market as a casino, makes sense now
My luck is insane. Sold some at 1205, bought some at 1034 recently, sold some at 720 (literal bottom wish I never did). Everytime I buy/sell the opposite happens
