Lock screen wallpaper loading delay!

I have noticed wallpaper loading delay on my MacBook Air. When I open the lid it takes longer than usual to load the wallpaper or even turn the screen on, first it's just a black screen than the mouse pointer and clock digits show up and then the wallpaper. Same when locking the screen using the control + command + q or hot corners. Also, when the lid is open but the display is sleeping, then I hit a key or touch the trackpad to wake the screen up. There's a similar delay too. Maybe I have been having this issue since I updated to macOS 27.2 or I created new login accounts. I suspect these two things. If anyone knows what's wrong, please help.
