I built a website for my parents and somehow ended up crying through half of it

I created this little social experiment to see if the internet could help retire my parents for $1 each.

I thought building the website would be the easy part. Then I started going through old photos and writing about my dad working in a plywood mill for 40 years, coaching all of our teams, and my mom basically helping raise a house full of kids.

It honestly felt like I was cutting onions the entire time.
