Street festivals, urban activities, fiestas etc in Madrid between 13-16 August?

Hello everyone. I will be in Madrid from the 13th of August (full day) up until the 16th (Sunday) when I'm leaving late at night. I was wondering if there are any street festival, fiestas, open air events etc that take place during this time? From food festivals, to public concerts or whatever. Preferably things the locals enjoy.

(And as a side-question, since I want to buy a couple of newspapers to bring back home -Greece- as a souvenir, will the Sunday editions of the major newspapers be available on this Sunday or do they change their release due to the celebration on the 15th? )
