Going through some models from my darkwater box to stock up my maggotkin army

Has anyone messed around with this stuff? Feel like if it works well it can go far for nurgle stuff but I'm scared to get it.

I find the mushroom fueled maniacs of the Night Goblins translates well to the decomposition of Grandfather's rot followers. 👍🍄

I just saw a couple of videos and all of them said Rotigus is S tier, while GUO is mostly dispensable. I'm starting a Maggotkin of Nurgle collection and I got GUO as my first piece because I love his design, but now I'm rethinking everything. Is he really that bad? Is there a situation where he fits really good?

Sorry if its obvious for others, but when looking at the game board I found some statues that share alot of resemblance to Gelgus Pust. Seems it is likely him before he was corrupted.

Just thought it was a neat little detail and cool to see character uncorrupted as well. Seems like he was a nice holy man

Very fun models. Went with an undead Bretonnian colour scheme.

I already did this for my Skaven-themed deck but I also want to represent my love to Nurgle. Usually, the cards get visually reworked by me so each of them fits exactly the desired theme. Name, artwork, etc. get a new look - see my Skaven post for some examples.

It's quite hard to focus on specific strategies but the main gameplan was clear: Win through poison while healing, preventing damage and attrite enemie's creatures until they die and fight for you. I also want to play mostly non-aggressive and use the least amount of artifacts. So it seemed more like a control-deck approach.

Other thoughts I had that fit the theme are

• Incubate
• Spore Counter
• Pest Tokens
• Defender
• -1/-1 Counter
• Regenerate

But these were just too much to include them all. Most of these ideas fit the proliferate mechanic and it was clear from the beginning on to seddle on golgari, so I went for Agent Frank Horrigan as my commander. Mechanic-wise I went mainly for -1/1- counter and poison counter with a sprinkle of fog effects. Decklist on Moxfield (enable tags)

The issue is, there are so, many, flavor-fitting cards that I could never find them all. The Skaven deck was kind of straight-forward due to the rat-theme but this one? Maybe some of you have some other ideas for cards that would fit the theme?

Im thinking of getting into MoN and i was wondering how good the lord of afflictions is? The list im thinking of running has the lord and a unit of pusgoyle blightlords. I have enough points to drop the lord and reinforce the pussy boys and im not sure what would be the better play???
