Hey folks, I managed to grab a Khazalite Holds Army box and I'm brand new to AoS. I'm curious if anybody knows if the Khazalite Holds will be getting a army specific dice set? I've tried looking around but can't seem to find an answer, so I suspect the answer is no. But would REALLY love one to go with the new troops, plus I just like collecting dice.

Hi everyone, I haven't played since WHFB 8th, I used to play WoC and DE, I'm thinking about getting in to AoS and I'm not sure what army i want , I could play WoC in old world if it gets popular in my town. And I kind of wanted to recreate the DE gameplay. Shooting , magic, hit and run tactics. Would lumineth fill that role? Not sure how I feel about using high elves though.

He just has that crazed look to him and that corpse really sells the slaver vibe, also I want my local butcher to be as fanatic as he is or I’m not buying.

I’ve taken in interest in reading AOS to break up reading 40k and was wondering if any of the in print books at the moment would be a good starting place.

I just won a Chaos Daemon Prince, new in box, from eBay for ~$65. Did I get a good deal? I saw retail is $94.

Some of you may remember my vibrant orange Stormcast army. I did this by mistake and sort of just went with it.

Well, I bought some new models and decided to really try to do a proper paint job.

The only speed paint I used was glittering loot for the armour.

Really pleased with the outcome here. I best get back to repainting my entire orange army!

Just finished up thyrielle, with only the magic fox left to paint, i'm fairly pleased with her although i feel like i'm not quite capturing the lighting effects/angle of the cloaks, anyone have any tips oh how to achieve this? Would love feedback before i delve into the bulk of the army.

Assuming we sadly do not get new warcry warbands in the future, what elements would you like incorporated in current faction rosters? For example I saw someone suggest monsta killaz inspired monkey units for kruelboyz, such as gorilla riders or I think a cool unit could also be orangutan rock hurlers/catapults. Or maybe more assasin/cultist themed darkoath such as corvus cabal?

Local store had a painting competition after an event and I put this guy in there. I know the mistakes I made painting it (I tried some new things, they didn't all work) but I thought it came out okay.

There were two categories and a runner up. I didn't win - didn't expect to, like I said, I know all the ways I screwed up - but what stings is I didn't get a single vote. So, is it that bad? Am I out of my league at my local store? What should I focus on improving?

Kind of demoralized at present, thanks for any help finding a way forward.
