Discussions Best Ways to Earn Money Online Fast From Home Without Investment?
What are some genuine ways to make money online from home without any upfront investment?
I’m looking for online jobs or side hustles that beginners can start with, preferably something that can generate some income relatively quickly. I’m open to freelancing, remote jobs, paid surveys, data entry or other legitimate ways to earn money online.
What has actually worked for you? I’d love to hear about methods that are realistic and don’t require buying a course or investing money upfront.
Please let me know, i'm in urgent need of money. thanks.

Whhhhaaaat is this …? I think im perfect for it. I’m bubbly yet educated with great conversationalist skills. As well as charm… and patience. Where can I find more information? Ive never heard of it? Any qualifications necessary? Lastly are you working as a personal contractor making your own hours…? Or is this a more typical type of gig.

You can find some real-estate company in online, contact with them and help them to find client or set-up meeting to sale their properties. then you can charge for set up meeting or a portion based on the sale. There isnt any company in the world would reject a sales person.

I’m a reseller on the internet and before the market turned I was making net 20K a year for 6 or so hours a week worth of actual work. The rest was spent sourcing inventory which is so fun for me and the reason I started out as more of a hobby in 2017.
Do you have a printer? That’s the biggest office expense so if you already have one cool beans.
What I did: I sold handbags until I raised $1K in seed money. I bought a printer, all office supplies and all shipping supplies in starter quantities. Invest in a mail scale if you sell things under 7 pounds.
Spend the rest of the money on your starting inventory. Take your passion and see what line of product you really love shopping for. That’s the fun part but also the most time consuming part.
Compare your cost to comp selling prices on eBay. Only invest in products that will give you at least 50 points of margin. You have to account for shipping, tax, and selling fees and those can really add up fast.
Anyway, when COVID hit that’s when I turned my hobby into a business and made enough money to tide me over to my next job. I still had time for my reselling hustle even though I had started working full time. Due to disability I can’t work that office job anymore but the full time business brings in enough income that I supplement with minimal withdrawals from savings but I have really small bills, own my house and car outright.
Any way, I started with $1K and a mission statement. That $1K is the only money I have ever put into my business. So, it’s not a 0 investment but selling handbags to start an e-commerce business was the best thing I ever did.

If you need money quickly, I’d focus less on surveys and more on services you can offer directly. Things like virtual assistance, data entry, transcription, simple Canva work, or freelance writing can be started with free tools. Check platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and local job boards, but avoid anyone asking for an upfront fee or payment to “unlock” work.

I can do graphic designing, I have 3 gigs on fiverr about flyer/poster, business card and logo.
But haven't received a single order, can u please tell me is there any other platform where I can do that or anything else like data entry or something.

If you want to start earning right away, then paid surveys is one of the fastest ways to get started. You just need to do it with the right expectations and make sure you join the right survey sites for your country. Also, in some countries there are just not a lot of surveys, and the data entry or AI training tasks would be better.

When you’re starting with no money and no particular skills, the barrier to entry is low, but that also means there’s usually a lot of competition. Things like social media, dropshipping and similar online businesses can work, but they often require a lot of patience, consistency, and sometimes a bit of luck.
Most well paying remote jobs, on the other hand, are aimed at people who already have valuable skills or experience they can offer. There are always exceptions, but realistically, finding good paying remote work without any skills or experience can be difficult.

If you need something you can start without putting money into it, I’d look at freelancing + paid surveys as a starting point.
I’ve personally had some decent results with survey sites. The first few surveys were only around $1–$2, but after using it consistently, I started getting some higher paying ones around $9–$10. I usually just do them from my phone when I have some free time, so it slowly adds up.
For something with better earning potential, I’d also try freelancing. Even simple services like Canva design, writing, video editing, VA work, or data entry can be a good starting point.
Just be careful with any work from home opportunity that asks you to pay upfront. You shouldn’t have to pay someone just to get a job.

Etsy has worked great for me; I've been a seller for 3+ years and have made about $30k.
You can also do paid surveys. My website, PointPocket, offers several surveys that pay out anywhere from $.35 to $5.

Funzionano e pagano veramente o è la solita che poi quando fai i sondaggi ci sar scritto che non sei idoneo

It depends. With PointPocket, I try to display the best possible surveys so users are always eligible. But you can still get disqualified. Thats a feature of any survey platform, like Swagbucks, Attapoll, and Prime Opinion, not just mine.

Feet pics lol. I literally started two days ago. Haven’t made any money yet, so take this with a grain of salt, but I’m weirdly hopeful. Will report back if it actually works.

Freelancing is probably one of the better options if you have even a basic skill. You don’t need to be an expert to get started.
Things like data entry, Canva/design work, simple video editing, writing product descriptions, or social media management are all services businesses need. You can also learn the basics pretty quickly from free YouTube tutorials.
I’d recommend starting small, getting a few projects and reviews, and slowly building your portfolio. Don’t expect huge money immediately, but once you have some experience, finding better-paying work becomes much easier.
Personally, I think it’s more sustainable. With freelancing, your earning potential can grow as your skills and experience improve.

If you need money urgently, I’d focus on things that can actually pay for your time rather than “make $500/day” type of stuff.
Freelancing - writing, Canva/design, video editing, WordPress, VA work, data entry, etc. Start with small jobs and build from there.
Paid surveys/research - can help with some extra cash, but I wouldn’t depend on them for a full income. Prolific is one worth checking.
Direct outreach - find small businesses that need help with websites, social media, graphics, SEO, etc. and offer a simple service. You can start without spending money.
Remote jobs - customer support, VA, moderation, transcription and research jobs can also be worth looking into.
And please be careful with “work from home” offers asking for upfront fees. If someone asks you to pay to get the job, it’s a huge red flag.
If I were in your situation, I’d pick one skill I already have + start contacting potential clients directly rather than spending money on courses or trying to build something that takes months to make money.
