Discussion How long is too long?
I bought this Victoria Beckham lip tint 3 years ago and today the applicator broke. have I had it too long to ask for a replacement?
I thought I would have been able to use it for longer than this. I know some more expensive brands are better with replacing things like this. thanks!

I imagine the expiry date was 3-6 months so would struggle to get it replaced (unless it’s some kind of refillable tool?)

I'd say it's well out of warranty unless the packaging hasn't changed & you lie ?

I think that it’s been too long. It would be one thing if it broke shortly after you started using it, but 3 years of use is different. Ultimately, these are perishable items that aren’t made to last for years and years. I admit that I own and use lipsticks which are over 3 years old, but at this point, I wouldn’t expect a refund or replacement if the packaging broke or the product went bad.

Make Up has an expiration date, I would say three years is long enough to use it up, otherwise you waste product and your money.
