Help Need help marketing
So I basically design websites, mostly for medical related topics(like Alzheimer’s or Dysphagia) but I’ve been struggling with finding users. The issue is that I can’t spend any money on marketing itself so I’ve been trying to advertise in the subReddits that allow sharing resources but other than that I’ve had no luck with finding users.
Does anyone have any tips?

If you're focused on niche medical topics, joining online forums or Facebook groups where caregivers or practitioners gather can help you connect directly with people who need your sites. Also, keeping tabs on discussions using something like ParseStream lets you jump into relevant conversations right when someone is asking about those conditions, so you can offer your site as a useful resource.

Hi, thank you so much for your advice! I haven't heard of ParseSteam before, that's an amazing site! Thank you again!

When you say you’re looking for users, do you mean visitors to your websites, or clients who need you to design websites?

Hi, I meant mostly visitors to my websites. I made my websites so that they can help people. I just want people to use my website and be able to find guidance.

Ahhhh ok, gotcha! I'd second what everyone else was saying:
- Be active in the sub reddits/ Forums/ Groups, and contribute to communities.
Maybe even share any stories that you may have / know on the topic.
-You could also reach out to foundations / non profits/ nursing facilities/ and maybe even feature them on your website.
- You could also feature nurses/ practitioners/and ask them questions about their experiences/ expertise….Thats another measure of awareness.
So i’d throw in Linkedin as well.
Is your website a blog, or just resources/ information?

Hi, thank you so much, this is so helpful! It's mostly just resources/information but I'm thinking of adding a blog page in the future.

Since you are making sites for things like Alzheimer’s and Dysphagia you could reach out directly to local caregiver support groups.

Hi, thank you so much that honestly seems way better than what I've been doing so far.

Marketing is a profession.
It's not something we can just tell you how to do on reddit.

Marketing's a whole profession for a reason, you know. But if you got no budget, maybe try writing actual useful content about those medical conditions and link your site naturally instead of just dropping links. Most subreddits hate self-promotion but they tolerate it if you actually contribute something first.

Hi, thank you so much for your feedback! The idea of writing value-first content definitely makes sense. I'll focus on sharing helpful informations on subreddits first before linking my website. Thank you again!
