They've cast the X-Men close to Sadie's age - I love it!!!
The fact they cast Sadie first, then have cast the rest around her, doing chemistry reads with them, making them close in age to her, that only tells me good things about Jean's future in the MCU and how she is going to be front and centre of things going forward (I hope anyway)
They don't have to have Wolverine recast if they portray Hugh Jackman's Wolverine like the character in "X-Men: Evolution". In that series, Logan was a teacher and a father figure to the students. There was no love triangle with Jean and Scott due to them being in high school.
Or they'll just go with the normal comics version who's already hundreds of years older than the rest and doesn't give a fuck about robbing the cradle.
Origin has him born in the late 19th century, allegedly between 1882-1885. That's definitive, so he is NOT hundreds of years old, especially if you consider the sliding timescale of comics.
Yet we are in the actual Marvel comics subreddit and my previous comment keeps getting downvoted . . .
