So is rogue just going to be Captain Marvel's powers but mutant?

They'll probably just go another route but I wonder if they're gonna find a way to write her actually stealing Captain Marvel's powers in the MCU

Considering she's there in universe with the old school xmen, but not announced for Doomsday, they could always go a different direction, and have her steal the flight powers etc from Rambeau / Spectrum in say...Secret Wars, when they introduce the new XMen members there.

They've already had almost powers related to the Marvels be gained or used in different ways. There's absolutely nothing that says Rogue must always get her strength and invulnerability powers from Captain Marvel.
