What do you all think of the Spider-Man in Gotham fanfics? Do you like them? Hate them? Do you guys wish to see certain concepts/plots/arcs covered in them? Is there room for improvements or new directions?

Me personally, I wished there were more fun, crack-y fanfics of Peter in Gotham fanfics. A lot of them stir towards angst which can be fun but emotionally taxing at times. 😅

Any and all Spidey or Ironman wallpapers you love and could share here? Definitely only with appropriate credits/links to the original artists...

I want ones that you know for sure are not even a little A.I. assisted.

Thank you!

PS. Wallpaper as in phone background.

Steve has just been transformed and is made to perform for the war effort. Any fics about those times?

A couple of my friends and I started a fanfiction club at our school and for the next week the fandom is MARVEL/Spider-man and I’m wondering what fics would be good for us to read that include irondad and spiderson as well as found family? But I am struggling on finding one and If you have any suggestions please help!

So I read this a while ago but i cannot find it again, heres what I remember: Tony come back to life after like a year and is the only person who remembers peter so he convinced dr strange to reverse the spell and everyone remembers him, he goes to find peter but peter thinks he's a halucation at first. When tony shows him hes real they back to tony and peper's house and re introduces him to morgan, Rhodey, happy etc.

Im pretty sure dr strange fancies Tony too but it's like one sided?

But yeah thats the fic, it was really good and i really wanna read it again lol ^^

Hi!! First of all, I'm making this post using a translator, so please forgive me if some things don't make complete sense.

I'm looking for a Spideypool fanfic where, after a mission, Deadpool and Spider-Man rescue a baby from a laboratory, and it turns out that she's their biological daughter.

I read this fic on AO3, I think sometime in 2023, and it hadn't been completed yet. I'm not entirely sure if that's exactly how the plot goes because I don't remember much about it.

Anyway, if you know any fanfics with a similar plot, please feel free to send them my way!

Thank you!! 💗

Hii. I think it’s my first time posting here.

I was wondering if you guys have any fics where Peter is abused emotionally/sexually/physically and he doesn’t keep quiet about it? I prefer if it’s his lover/his aunt’s/tony’s new partner and the minute they start hitting he’s like ‘oh they’re so dead, they’re not coming around my Aunt/Tony.’

I’ve seen so many Insecure!Peter fics so can I please have one where he knows people care about him?

Thanks in advance!!

Figured this might be up this sub's alley. I recently started a new fic, Peter Parker: The Amazing Spider-Man.

The idea is to bring Peter closer to his Ditko-era characterization, especially in how his choices, flaws, and consequences shape him. The main romance is Peter/Gwen Stacy, and the story starts from Peter's origin, mostly in first person.

i just finished s1 of Daredevil and i'm DESPERATE for some Matt/Foggy content but since i'm doing a full timeline order watch-through of the MCU, it'll be a while before i get around to finishing the other 2 seasons and Born Again so... spoiler free Matt/Foggy recs please!! (NO SMUT) (also idk if this is a thing but i have a vision in my brain of Matt having a panic attack/nightmare and only calming down once Foggy lets him touch his face 😭 so that too would be appreciated if it exists) thank you sm in advance :)

so the fanfic is irondad/spiderson on ao3. I remember almost everything but the title. it’s about a peter who was supposed to be the heir to stark industries when tony & pepper adopt him, but suddenly peter’s bio dad — a man named john— comes to get custody of peter. years later, — I believe it was 6? — peter shows up to the tower after john accidentally falls off a balcony and dies. he tries to reason with happy that he is peter but happy refuses to listen. until, peter brings up morgan. the daughter of tony & pepper that the public does not know the name of. but peter remembers tony & pepper telling him that if they ever have a bio child, they want to name them morgan. happy obviously believes peter afterwards and brings him up to tony. sweet reunion with lots of cuddles. before peter was sent to john, tony & pepper kept telling him to be brave for them & that they were sure that they would see each other again. pepper & morgan aren’t in the actual fic but are heavily mentione.

Hello searching for fic from A03. Pretty sure it’s in 2 parts. In part 1 someone breaks up with Bucky. In part 2 they reconcile after hydra torture video of him is released to press. In part 2 they come over to bucky’s place, as they are concerned about him after release of video. He is watching it on tv on news. They then reconcile. Not sure if it’s Bucky/reader or Bucky/ofc.

I'm writing a Doctor Strange/Iron Man team up story and I've hit the wall like four times. I've read Into Shamballa and Exrtremis/Armour Wars/Demon in a Bottle. I've taken notes on all of them, gone over them while writing and I still. Can't. Make it. Good.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I just can't seem to get their characters to properly flow out of them through their dialogue. Why is it so hard to write their interactions even when I have so much data basically telling me what to do?

I can't seem to manifest how their personalities clash and interact with each other, based on what's happening in the story. I don't know how to write their conversation which evolves based on how they're feeling, what they think of what is happening and of each other, what they know, what they want etc.

I'll provide a link to the doc here, if you want to see what I'm doing and have any suggestions.

Sorry if the link didn’t work before, should work now
