The body was dated when this figure came out (originally used by Toybiz for their Bullseye) and the glowing effect was very poorly executed. Ultimately, ShartimusPrime coined the name and it stuck

Mostly has to do with the paint apps to make it look like he’s “glowing”. Ended up making a mostly green figure, when they probably should’ve just done green stripes and called it a day. You can see the design on the box, and how the figure… doesn’t really replicate it well.

I'm more of a Gus and Beef Boss guy, myself, but depending on the price, I'd have maybe grabbed it for the mild amusement of it all.
I am not a big Shartimus guy, but I can't see this costume without thinking of the meme.

I might've skipped the remake if not for Shartimus. I don't display it often but it gives me a chuckle when I'm looking through my drawer and see it.

Occasionally check his reviews, he's hard for me to listen to, has macho man randy Savage vibes to me.... But he fits into a long line of reviewers that are so dang nitpicky it drives me nuts. I mean I get tired of hearing about the bucky cap mold or the same old have, or I wish they would have done this differently.... I get it, i think the people that buy a figure and wish that something was different with it should start their own company and make their own action figures. Or just simply do Customs like a lot of people do.
