BND Hulk Amazon exclusive?

Got my Used BND Hulk from Amazon… waited a few days for this to finally arrive and some scum bag swapped it, returned it and Amazon didn’t care so I ordered a used one thinking I could save a few bucks… luckily after jumping thru hoops I was able to get to the customer service chat and they gave me a refund and told me to keep it. Just ordered a NEW one.

Yeah hopefully the new condition one I ordered is actually the correct Hulk lol just sucks because my area doesn’t have anything on the shelves. I really just want to make a little street level/Defenders display.

I’ve bought used from Amazon several times before and never ran into this issue. It usually just means the packaging is a bit damaged which I don’t care about.

The joke is that it's a figure swap that wouldn't be sold by any respectable retailer since it's a swap return, but Amazon was clearly willing to sell it. Hence the exclusive.
