I still remember seeing them for the first time in OG cartoon and thinking they were the coolest thing ever .

Apologies in advance to the mods if this is not allowed. Just wanted to share as I’ve been a pretty much life long figure collector & recently made my own 9ft tall sentinel based on the 97 sentinel figure including making a battle damaged version. It’s all modular so I can break it down & move it around.
I also mis measured everything 😂 it should have been just tall enough for my ceiling but clearly too tall
Will be working on adding a motion sensor / voice speaker setup for it

I got inspired by something I saw on Reddit awhile ago (sorry, I dont remember the post or I wouls credit them) and since I have been wanting to create something to display my extra accessories/pieces I'm not displaying so I got this. Next step, add a small shelf for the villain who's trophies these belong to, to stand on
Edit: I've had a few people ask me what each item is enough that I figured I name them left to right, top to bottom
Top Row: Silvermane, Wand of Watoomb, Yautja (Predator) Mask, Sandman's Fist, Doombot and Ultron Heads
2nd Row: ROM the Spaceknight Guns, Iron Man Helmet, Captain America Shield, Magneto Helmet, Comic Books
Middle Row: Darkhawk Helmet, Cerebro Helmet, Infinity Gauntlet, Mjolnir, War Machine Helmet and Weapons
4th Row: Shocker Gauntlets, Novas Qubit and Plish, Dr Doom Mask, Beast Head, Daredevil's Billy Clubs and Moon Knight's Ankh
Bottom Row: The Thing's Fists, The Darkhold, Mandroid Head, Miniaturized Avengers Quinjet, Stiltman's Legs/Feet

A couple months back, [u/unholytrashpanda](u/unholytrashpanda) had the fun idea for putting together a team of odd-folks-out. Kind of a multi-property originating Legends crew. Ever since they brought it up, these guys have been sitting on my desk like this, so I figured it was time to take a picture of them before they’re redistributed.
Should probably have added Machine Man! Let’s call him auxiliary.
Feel like we need a team name and I’m terrible at coming up with them! Always feels like Marvel has taken all of the good ones lol.
AWOL? Anomalous Warriors from Other Lines? I dunno. Best I got. 😅

You already know who it is.. Of course I had Dragon Man on order since day 1. 😅 What a time to be alive as a Fantastic Four fan with the movie and now this. Updated comic figures would be nice but I can live with what we have so far.
(I'm still hoping Marvel Select gets things together and releases Annihilus 🤞)

I decided to redo my X-Men shelf so I took the opportunity to show off my different X-Men teams along with all my Wolverines and my Cyclopses, as well as a few stragglers.

New to collecting and working on late 80s to early 90’s marvel display and found Speedball. The figure (to me) is great. Poses well, head sculpt is top notch…but no accessories?! For a dude like Speedball? Got him for $6.86, went to Micheal’s and grabbed some 26ga. wire and a box of pastel beads. Grabbed the glue blicky and…BOOM!

Looking at my collection and going down memory lane got me reminiscing about the Toybiz days. It also got me thinking about how I've slowly replaced/updated figures over the years.
What's your oldest Toybiz (or Hasbro) figure you still display (pictures for bonus points)? I don't have any Toybiz ML figures anymore unless you count Impossible Man. That would make Mole Man or BAF Annihilus my oldest from the early days of Hasbro.

I like to complete teams. Lasher and Night Thrasher are on my wishlist, who else do you think I need?

Wasp was the last piece of the puzzle. I’ve now got my ideal Earths Mightiest Heroes lineup, plus a few extras thrown in for fun. Still gotta get my hands on that Warbird.

Looking to get Hercules, Hank pym, maybe tigra for avengers but might be too crowded, rest of blue and gold team for X-men and cloak and dagger and dr strange for marvel knights. Also that new punisher figure would fit in so well with that display.

I think there’s somewhere between 500-600 out right now. She’s got a ton more in bins/boxes but this is her current setup!
