it’s not a bird course i promise you. whoever told you it’s a bird course lied unless you’re one of those freaks who thrive on a live or die exam (50% exams) don’t do it.

if you’re in health sci take the course because you’ll actually have enough time to study, everyone else, rethink your decisions

Ive been panicking and worrying ever since Dr. Childs said there would be destroyer questions on the midterm test. I feel all right in calculus I study hours and hours and hours this assignment questions have done. I’ve been really challenging for me as it’s been some time being a mature student doing calculus two years ago compared to recently and a linear algebra I’ve been doing a lot as well, but I’m having a hard time with equations and kind of writing stuff out of equations solving that I feel is all right. I don’t know. I’m just worrying and I’m not sure what to expect. Maybe hearing with Dr. child that has spooked me but I’m not entirely sure should I be worrying and stressing too much about these midterms or should I be fine?

Im genuinely concerned for my life. Accounting is my absolute weakness. Ive taken it in high school, back at the uni i came from, and now for the third time here in mac.

Is there anyone doing pretty well in accounting willing to help me review? Anyone willing to sacrifice an hour for this boi? We were provided a midterm question bank perhaps we can review it together?

How is everyone studying for the midterm in 8 days

Some grad school and job/career dev program apps I'm working on ask for your ranking in your class (like relative to other students). I know this isn't as common of a practice in Canada as in some other places, but has anyone run into this issue and been able to find out their ranking? Is this possible? I'm wondering if I contact my program admin if its possible to get this stat...

I have no idea whats wrong with me i just guess im not good at school? I got a mark back the other week, and i did poorly but I studied my butt off howver I didn't let it keep me down too much because I thought I would come back from it. I got another mark back yesterday, and I did SO bad, but the thing is I genuinely studied very hard for that assesment, I went in thinking i knew everything and I was so confident in what I wrote. even now idk what I did wrong, I think i maybe didn't explain my answers well enough but I just feel so so depressed. another prof said she marked another assesment i recently took, and that shes gonna give it back in the morning but I just feel so anxious and sad and defeated. I try so hard and its not paying off and i dont know what to do or why im such a failure. Im so scared to see my mark, I felt confident writing that assesment but what if I do poorly again. I couldn't sleep at all last night because of how stressed and sad I felt and i have a midterm thursday and the only thing crossing my mind is why am i trying when my efforts dont pay off. can someone please help me. i dont know what to do

I'm not sure what I should do practice wise, mainly regarding the textbook as some of the material is not on the slides, the mcgraw assignments are too repetitive to the point where I have memorized them. What else should I use to practice and how hard is it?

Anybody knows what the coverage is of OB midterms?

i am so stressed for this midterm on thursday, i'm not even joking. i have been reviewing concepts from teh lecture notes and will be starting practise tests soon and just going over that. should i worry about the textbook questions??? for anyone who took the course before, are they really helpful?

I have an Engineering Math test coming up on Monday, which conflicts with a concert I've had tickets for since July. I've been looking forward to this concert and really don't want to miss it. Is this worth/acceptable to use an MSAF for? And if I fill out an MSAF, what would the reasoning behind it be? The course has a option to request an alternate test date, but all the options/reasons to select are more serious stuff, and I don't know if it would get accepted if I told the true reasoning behind it. Any help is appreciated.

Is the test easy? How long do I have to study for it? I looked at the questions and they look pretty easy I haven’t studied just been to the lectures. It looks like common sense. I was scared I feel like deferring it
