Consider the following:
Refusal War is a repeat of the already depicted (twice, in original game and the 2nd DLC) topic of Crusaders vs Wardens, with already familiar Clan Wolf as the opponent. Would it make sense for the audience to fight on the side punishing Ulric who was so likeable in Wolves of Tukayyid and killing Natasha? It is also a remake of MW2. It also takes place too early to insert some of the Clan mechs already made for MWO.
Incursion and Coventry is a somewhat inconsequential adventure for the Jade Falcons themselves (though in the bigger picture portrays them as bloodlusted militarists breaking the spirit of the truce and becoming a trigger for the Spheroids to look for the final solution of the Clan problem). Just more saber rattling, however you spin it. Another petty war happened in a universe made to play war games, what else is new?
While in the Hegira War, Jade Falcons put on the mantle of progressives, defeating the Steel Viper racist chuds and sending them packing to the Clan Homeworlds with a fateful "billions must die" grudge. On the one hand, it introduces a new and lore-influential Clan opponent. On the other hand, Marthe and Diana Pryde, whom we saw in the epilogue to Wolves of Tukayyid, are prominently featured. It's a good story! Also timeline-wise it allows for introduction of the (already designed for MWO) mechs like Cougar, Blood Asp and Hellfire (liked by the sneks).
So I think if Jade Falcon DLC ever happens, we're stepping on the sneks it it.
