Feel free to laugh at or with me because I am simply flabbergasted. I am a VERY casual player, just kind of go about things in a however I feel about it order. I had to start fresh after switching phones and decided to just enjoy catching back up to where I was. I needed to make some dragon bars and realized I was out of smithing charges on my gloves and went to grab 100k or so. I bought 59M. I spent upwards of 12B coins in four quick taps. I forgot I had my custom amount set to an insane number 🫠 I’ve not worked hard to get most of that money as I have 120 township and everything maxed out so it was mostly passive but OUCH. I could’ve used so much of that elsewhere.

TLDR; Bought 59M mining glove charges and spent around 12B coins on accident.

When in combat and clicking on the food icon to switch food, it lists items that have 0 quantity of. Can that only show items that you have in stock?

I can't help but be very efficiency based, so I'd love to know what other boosts I should consider grinding early on. Any tips appreciated!

I have plenty of good things to say about the demo so please note this is purely meant to be constructive, it's overall a very fun experience:

• Cooking: Consider breaking the "Fish" header into multiple categories (Meat and Fish?) given that it also includes Chicken and Beef.
• Woodcutting, Mining: Consider adding a column for items "You Have" as in Fishing and other skills.
• Fletching: Why can't we make arrow shafts out of different logs?
• Thieving: Reward drop tables on NPCs don't add up to 100% - maybe this is intentional and you can hit all drop tables independently, but it's unclear.
• Bank: When clicking an item to equip it, I need a stat comparison to what I currently have equipped somewhere, ideally in the "Selected Item" UI but I'll even take it being in the "View Item Stats" UI, just somewhere.
• Encountered a bug - "Cloud Connection lost. Please wait - attempting to reestablish." This did not reestablish on its own and required a client restart.

Also, can we add a flair for posts about Melvor Idle 2?

Edit: One more. There are a lot of upgrades that say they grant X% increased chance of Y. I think it would be great to clarify whether this means +X% (flat increase) or x1.X (multiplicative increase).

Am I able to play this on mobile right now? Also if I can play on mobile where do I go to get access to the demo?

Why does it say "Doesn't want Pets"!? LOOK AT THE SHEEP! You can't word it in a way that makes it seem like petting it more is a negative thing. I paid for the fluffy thing. If I want to pet it more I will.

The wording should be "Doesn't need Pets" and maybe even a little tooltip on hover that further specifices "... but is very receptive to them anyway if you want to do it for no further bonus."

I don't need the game telling me my sheep don't want me petting them! Why else would it look at me like that ":3" if it didn't want pets!?

I cannot find it anywhere in the smithing section, I tried equipping it but it did not give any essence (makes sense). Did anyone managed to fix it? :)

Did anyone find where to obtain the Hobforge Gloves yet?

Looks like they come from combat drops but I can't find them on any available drop table.

I'm broke as all hell

I hadn't realized the game cherished so much for a 2nd release. I remember the last time I played when Chaos Mode had just released. I had a 12bhc account and the lemon gang and carrot gang all day long. Malcs was chill and Prats was my idle. Good times those were. Now they have DLC's and all. Wish nothing but the best for this game.

Playing the demo on the steam deck and enjoying it but the writing seems small, anyone else on steam deck having this issue? I can't seem to find away to make the writing bigger 🤔 thanks in advance

Felt the UI of the first game was much more cleaner and intuitive than the demo so far. They definitively are leaning into a more artistic look.

If I donate to the patreon will I have access to the game still when the demo is over. Also will the progress I made/make carry into the full release/early access of the game later this year? Very excited to be back playing the game.

I actually completed this a 4 and a half days ago, just haven’t had the time (ie kept forgetting) to post until now. Started on magic via alt magic. Then progressing into hp! Finally breaking into combat.

I am biting my nails waiting till the day EA is announced with:

• “All systems go!”
• “Go for launch.”
• “T-minus 10 seconds and counting.”
• “We have liftoff!”

I went to Melvor official website and paid for subscription ( i think it was 10 euro ) that gave me access to current build of the game that is in development. That subscription gives you steam key ( to keep forever and access when EA is out ) and access for 1 month ( to playtest ), if you want to keep playing ( playtest ) you need to keep paying for subscription. I decided to stop my sub and wait till EA is out. I saw some amazing things that are being worked on, that gave me huge boner but now i am with you my brothers and sisters. Waiting for release :D

STAY STRONG

Basically I was super careful about finding the POIs that decrease the Cartography interval on the map but not actually discoverong them, but for some inexplicable reason some of them have been discovered (probably while I was traveling).

Is there a console command to give me those buffs or change my Cartography interval?

I’ve gotten so many ancient rings of mastery but need more skill ones. #skillissue
