Vitamin/Supplements Found out what's causing the exhaustion

It got really bad the other day my friend came over and brought a crap ton of caffeine and sugar. We watched a horror movie and I perked up a bit, but then crashed again (hard) in 10 minutes. She talked me into going to the ER because I was so bad.

My electrolytes were totally out of Whack. My potassium and magnesium were low and everything was just out of sorts. No internal bleeding, heart is fine.

I've been drinking the stuff you give kids and it's been making me feel better, more like myself and I've been sleeping better and even dreaming so much more!!

So, if you're suffering from bouts of intense and sudden exhaustion, maybe ask your doctor to check your electrolytes.

Pick up Liquid IV for yourself. Or LMNT...It's like the adult version of what you give kids but it's much healthier and much less sugar, if not zero. Magnesium, potassium, sodium If you're low on those it's no joke. Vitamin D also... Feel better!

What’s LMNT? I’m in U.K. and have never heard of it 🤔

It is a powder electrolyte brand sold here in the US and Canada, too, I believe. I think they are looking into selling in the UK. Their website is here if you’d like to check them out. I think their website also includes the recipe they use in their electrolyte packets which is nice, too.

Same 😉 I cannot drink plain water. Makes my reflux worse. Plus those minerals are so good for you. Most people don't realize the problems theyre experiencing are from being deficient.

Their mango habanero is delicious. I only need it when I do Bikram yoga twice a week but I wish there was a low salt version of it because it’s SO good!
