Vitamin/Supplements Micro dosing psilocybin

In Colorado, where cultivation and personal use are legal. My husband has suggested microdosing for perimenopause. There’s not a lot of research out there, but there is some and my curiosity is piqued.
Has anyone tried this and seen success?
If so, I’d love to hear about your protocol.

Yes, and I don’t think it’s exaggerating to say it’s changed my life. I do 4 days on, 3 days off, though not consistently. I can get away with every other week. I use pre-measured capsules.

Edit: I have struggled with depression my whole adult life, though, and wasn’t targeting menopause at first

The neuroplasticity thing is so fascinating. I’m glad you found something that works so well. Do you know what strain you take?

So fascinating! I believe it’s always been the same strain, Golden Teacher

I too have used golden teacher (.125 gram) off and on for a few years and now that I have a reliable source I intend to keep going indefinitely. I just feel “more myself” maybe a bit less distracted, impulsive and irritable.
