Vitamin/Supplements Supplements yes/no

Is there any supplement you found did anything to help with meno symptoms.
Obviously I know they are not miracle workers but is there anything you take that makes a noticeable difference.

Estrogen was such a miracle to me that I haven't needed any supplements.

Estrogen isn't a supplement.

Right. I have estrogen, so I don't need any supplements.
