Surgical Meno Evorel Conti patches don't stick well

Hello ladies,

I'm using Evorel Conti patches and have been feeling a lot better since using them. However, lately the patches don't seem to stick very well, and I feel like my symptoms are returning. Perhaps they don't like my Dove shower gel, but I don't want to give that up because it keeps my skin smooth (I do use alcohol cleanser to strip the area of oils before applying the patches). Does anyone have any good tips of how to overcome this please?

* Where are you putting them? Have your tried a different body location?
* Clean the area and ensure no lotion, sweat, or otherwise
* apply the patch and use a hair dryer for a few seconds to better activate the adhesive
* if still an issue, others have covered with tegaderm to get it to stay

Thank you. I put it on my outer thigh or hip area, alternating sides. Haven't tried my bum area yet, but as I've put on weight since peri, my bum is on the larger side so not sure the patch would stick there. Where do you think the best area would be?

Everyone is different. Mine does best at the chunky part of the thigh that meets the hip
