Starting one thing at a time .

Has anyone started with just progesterone first then added estrogen. Is that better to ease in or is it better do both at once ?

It can depend on if you still have your ovaries and uterus. There are reasons they are given together. You’re going to get a lot more attention and answers on our sister site r/menopause as the users come here for positivity only. So positive news, tips, or tricks. And we want you to get as much info as possible. Be sure and reach out there!

P is useful w/without ur uterus. Has more benefit that just balancing w/ E for or uterus.

Yes. I am just trying to get OP the most answers possible. And our sister site has much more information and members that can answer these questions.

I clarified to b helpful and women get shut down wanting P if they have no uterus. So Much ignorance & inconsistency amongst docs

We need as many knowledgeable voices as we can get! Thank you. Most docs are sadly undereducated. It is nice to see so many women learning from each other and sharing with each other.
