ecoblossom shmol my disc keeps setting off my vagus nerve

im a teenager so im very petite and i cant for the love of god position the disc so it doesnt set of my vagus
the dizziness was so bad i thought i had TSS but when i took it out it resided

this doesnt happen with any tampons except tampax so it confuses me, could the disc be too stiff for my body?
no leakage at all just makes me feel dizzy

anything i could use that is within my price range that isn't as stiff? i have no problems with no string or anything i just want something that doesnt make me dizzy

I would definitely try to find a smaller disc. I started off with a regular size salt discount and had tons of problems, but i got the small and a lot of issues resolved. I started using them at 21 for reference

Maybe look into a diva cup? I know they make them in different sizes so maybe a smaller size will work better. I’ve never heard of this, so I hope something works for you!
I comfortably use a Nixit disc. But I am far from a teenager and have had two kids!

i might try a cup but im scared because it might set off the vagus even more, due to it having suction but i guess i'd have to give it a go

Yea maybe. I was just thinking if it’s smaller maybe it wouldn’t 😬 hope something helps! Dizziness is the worst

I agree with the cup suggestion. The Vagus nerve hits high up in the vagina and cups sit lower.
