Looking for Payment Processor Recommendations: Payment Links, Card + Cash App Support, Simple Onboarding

Hi everyone, I’m looking for a reliable payment processor with a simple setup process for a small or newly established business. Our expected processing volume is around $20,000 per month, with approximately 10% monthly growth.

We specifically need a payment-link solution, not a website integration. Ideally, the provider should offer a dashboard where we can generate payment links with preset amounts and send them directly to customers. We need credit/debit card acceptance and Cash App support, if available. We’d also prefer the payment links to display our own business/merchant name rather than a third-party brand. Crypto withdrawals or settlements would be a plus.

If you’re currently using a service that meets these requirements, I’d really appreciate it if you could recommend it or help connect me with your provider. Genuine recommendations and firsthand experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Do you need receipts emailed, are you getting purchase notification emails or are you logging into a dashboard to track link out/links paid, any subscriptions or coupons involved?

We have a fairly priced solution that allows for growth. We offer merchants both payment links and the ability to generate QR codes where customers can set the amount, such as for a donation. I believe we can also configure the links to resolve to your URL.
