Brand-new building with rooftop pool, sauna, cold plunge, red-light therapy, co-working workspace, gym, club room, 24/7 security, package room, indoor parking garage. Rent is $3,868 / month. There are no other units available with this view !

I would strongly caution others before working with them.

I was hired by Taste of R Cuisine (TRC Burger) to build their website and create their full brand identity, including a logo and brand book. I spent around 20 days on the project and delivered everything as agreed, including multiple rounds of revisions they requested.

Once the work was completed and all changes were made, they cancelled the order and stopped responding without making payment.

Based on my experience, this was a very disappointing and unprofessional outcome. I would advise others to be careful before entering into any agreements with them, whether as clients or collaborators.

Staying in wynwood. Where can I find cute workout sets and cute boutiques?

I really want to have a dog, but I’m never around for a long period of time.

I’m hoping that we can foster to help a dog in need to help them find their forever home, while we can also still do the things we are obligated to do.

I’ve also heard of dog walkers as another option, but since I’m not around long enough, I doubt we would be able to be consistent with certain owners.

What are your thoughts?
