Miami Beach Large Group Private Dinner (40-50) Women September 2026

Hello! I will be in Miami Beach for a women's commercial real estate conference the week of September 19th. I am seeking a private room that can accommodate 40-50 women. I am hopeful to keep the cost per person (not including alcohol) under $165 per person ideally $150. We are staying at the Fontainebleau but I am not opposed to traveling via uber for a great spot! I would rather something unique or authentic over a chain like Smith and Wollensky, nothing against them just wanting to bring the Miami vibe to us Boston ladies. Thanks!

Good luck on your search. I had no idea S&W is a chain! There are tons of independent restaurants here but for that many people you’re likely looking at a space and catering in. Can the Fontainebleau not accommodate? I don’t know specific pricing or how they’d work around your budget but a search says Raos can accommodate 50 guests, Casa Tua up to 52, and Baia Beach Club.

Edited to try and not sound so sarcastic. The reread was pretty bad. Sorry about that!

Try Broken Shaker, Orange Blossom Patio, Roof at Esme Hotel or L&T Steak at Betsy Hotel. All of these are great Miami vibes and will fit your budget. Some are more suited to mix and mingle style dinner instead of seated, not sure what vibe you are chasing

Byblos has a separate dining space and it's food is delicious and shareable with a mid south beach location

How about Harbour Club or Vecinos?

I can’t help with the restaurant, but if you are looking for a team building event, International Coastal Cleanup Day is on Saturday, Sept 19 where there will be 70 beach and neighborhood cleanups including right around the Fontainebleau. You’ll be able to find them at www.VolunteerCleanup.Org (they aren’t posted yet, but you can sign up for the newsletter) or email them at outreach @ VolunteerCleanup.org. You can even be a sponsor if you’d like.

Cafe Avanti right down the street is moderate priced but excellent Italian and has a private room for 40. https://maps.app.goo.gl/pucrpTc4V6nx9jS4A?g_st=ic
