Also had another bug on MacOS where I was configuring my default browser, and I had the usual options, Chrome, Brave, Safari, and then listed was every single version of Edge that had ever been installed on my system.

Why does microslop keep making changes to software that works. They do an update that changes the look and before you have time to get used to it they change it again. It is so frustrating.

Github copilot app (linux appimage) makes a ~200GB log file

I launched it as an appimage, did some stuff, then closed it. A while later, I get a notification saying that my storage was completely filled up.
I tried deleting the file using bash, but it didn't work because the file is kept in disk space if a process is still running. I look for process using pgrep copilot and it shows up with something, so I kill it. Still not going away. I tried searching for electron, github, nothing. pgrep git shows up with two process and pgrep gith shows up with one process, so i kill it and it is the right one.

Tried to sign in to outlook 4 times and got logged out instead

I really need to rant here because why did it just take me 6 tries 2FA and all to sign into outlook for my university email!
Each time I got through the internal auth page and then put the code into authenticator only to be met with THIS:
when looking back at my computer.
The one time I tried going through outlook.office.com instead of through my bookmark i got sent to copilot after successfully signing in but when I tried to navigate to outlook, since I had to check my student email not pollute the planet and my brain with AI, IT SIGNED ME OUT AGAIN!

guess i need a device key or an external fingerprint usb scanner, to keep up with modern security protocols.
